“Do you think I could be a hero even though I'm quirkless?” a young green haired boy asks the number one hero of japan: All Might. “Being a hero is dangerous work kid, sorry to say but no I don’t think you can be a hero without a quirk-” and with those words the boy’s dreams were shattered, by the time the boy’s brain tuned back in All Might was gone. The boy sighs and heads down to the ground floor of the building. On the way back home someone grabbed the boy and injected them with something as his consciousness began to fade away.
5 years, Izumi Midoriya has been trapped here for 5 years, tortured, experiment on, the only kindness granted to her was getting to choose the gender of her new body, a body loaded with machines connected to a belt with a turbine in the center. Today however is the day she escapes because she knows if she fails that today is the day she will no longer be herself. She needs to get out, she will not be the weapon they made her into. A guard speaks up “today is the day rabbit augment no.00, I got orders from the doc to take you to his lab” ugh that name they call her, that name the doctor burned into her flesh, she named herself Izumi after memories of her mother calling her, her little Izu, so she kept her name close to her old one so one day when she sees her mother again… no time to think about that she needs to escape now.
Izumi follows the guard till she's close to the entrance on the way to the doctor’s lab “sorry but i'm really not” she says as she knocks out the guard with a kick and runs for the exit knocking out every guard she encounters along the way. As she sees the door shutters close over it. “No no no no NO” she jumps the air pressure from her speed and jump spin the turbine a bit boosting her kicks breaking through the shutters, she is free.
It’s night time when she escaped and izumi is walking down an alley looking for something to wear besides the rags she had to wear in the facility. Izumi finds a leather jacket with 2 green stains on it, some worn track pant, boots and a green scrap of fabric she puts on like a muffler “I guess this is better than how I used to dress”. Izumi then hears drips and panting from an alley over, she can’t help but go to see what's happening, she sees a girl with 2 sloppy blonde buns of hair and dirty clothes that are 2 sizes too small for her bleeding out “miss are you alright?” Izumi asks “b-blood need blood” the girl says, as she speaks Izumi can see 2 sets of fangs in the girls mouth, remembering which pieces have the most flesh still in her body she offers the girl her neck which the girl takes happily as her wound starts to seal. The girl stops drinking “thank you, nobody has ever let me drink from them willingly before” “how long has you been on the streets? You look my age but you're dressed in a middle school outfit.” Izumi examines, the girl’s face goes pale “I-it’s been that long? Oh god how much time have i spent in uncontrollable bloodlust?” “well let's go to the police station then so we can get you home” Izumi offers “please no I don't want to go back there please no no no” the girl starts to hyperventilate “sorry how about UA then? I read years ago that heroes could take in children from bad living situations” Izumi says trying to calm the girl down. “That would be better, a-as much as I love blood I just want to feel like I belong somewhere, my name is Himiko T-toga but please call me Himiko” “my name is Izumi” the two cuddled for warmth as the night passes.
Izumi and Himiko head in the direction of UA when they see a boy dressed in armor running past them “hey kid that looks like Ingenium where are you headed?” Izumi asks “I am headed to UA due to the fact that villains are attacking the Unforeseen Simulation Joint” the boy says as he keeps running, Izumi sighs feeling her soul reach out for heroism “Himiko hop on we are taking a detour” as Izumi with Himiko on her back runs to the U.S.J. jumping 20 feet into the air crashing through a window kicking a man covered in hands who was about to touch a girl that looks like a frog. “Fucking ow! Who the hell are you? I'll have you know you're joining a private lobby here!” the hand man says “My name is Izumi Midoriya and i'm the girl who’s gonna kick your ass villain!” Himiko hops off to check on the frog girl as Izumi strikes a pose and her turbine starts spinning, “HEN-SHIN” Izumi yells as gloves, armor padding, and a green helmet appears on her head with large inset teal eyes and rabbit ears coming from the top of her head.
40 feet from Izumi stands a boy dressed like a walking explosive stares at her “d-deku’s still alive? And a girl now?” as he rockets off to help his childhood friend/ex-bullying target.
5 years and 1 day ago Katsuki Bakugo’s life was changed forever he had just told the only person he truly considers a friend to kill himself and deep down he regretted even thinking of that let alone saying it as he kept walking home suddenly a shadow crept over him “an even better meatsuit than before and this one’s got a powerful quirk too, I really won the lottery with you kid!” as living sludge forced its way into Katsuki taking control of him as he tries to tear the slime off, a crowd starts to form as the heroes do nothing when Katsuki spots someone “DAD!” Katsuki screams as his father rushes to try to save his son as the sludge villain uses Katsuki’s own quirk on his father just as All Might appears to defeat the villain causing Katsuki to pass out on top of his father’s corpse.
When Katsuki managed to get home he was crying, he may not of been in control but it was still his power that killed his father, his mother Mitsuki picks him up and holds him as she sits them down on the couch together, hours pass when the phone rings. “Mitsuki Bakugo speaking” ”Mitsuki Izuku hasn't come home all day and i’m scared that something might have happened” it was Inko “Inko me and Katsuki will be right over today has been terrible for both of our families”.
As the years went by Katsuki stopped being so aggressive and Inko and Mitsuki grew closer until “aunt Inko” became “mama Inko”, Katsuki started training his quirk in more refined ways no longer just indiscriminate blasts now more refined he figured out how to focus swear into areas like his finger to act as a rail gun. With his new techniques he got into UA no problem even helping a girl with zero gravity and super strength take down a zero pointer that was going rampant, both of them got into Class 1-A.
