Summary:

Crossover: I kissed shara wheeler with the characters as the abba members.

The following is just the I kissed shara wheeler blurb for an explanation of the crossover and if you’re unsure of reading it due to the crossover please read the first chapter which is called explanation.

A month before graduating from willowgrove Christian academy, the principal’s perfect daughter , prom queen Agnetha Faltskög, kisses Frida Lyngstad and vanishes.

On a furious hunt for answers, Frida discovers she’s not the only one Agnetha kissed. There’s also Björn Agnetha’s long-time sweetheart, and Benny, Agnetha’s bad-boy neighbour with a crush. Thrown into an unlikely alliance, Frida, Björn and Benny follow Agnethas trial of annoyingly cryptic clues, and Frida starts to suspect that there might be more to this little village- and to Agnetha- than she thought.

So I wanted to write this in a way that if you haven't read I kissed shara wheeler (iksw) (and don't plan to) you could read and understand it but if you haven't and are planning to I wouldn't read this cause it will spoil it for you. If you haven't read it and don't plan to but you like abba then I think you'd really like it as the main focus is telling the story of the book with the characters changed. Currently I'm keeping the side characters as they are in the actual book instead of changing them to abba variants but I am very much tempted to change this at a later stage. If you have read iksw but do not like abba (why?) this should still be fine ( if you like the songs a bit but don't know the band then don't worry maybe just google which member is which and you will understand entirely there will be no deep lore or references you can't understand) if you don't like the music (hater) that's fine cause no songs feature it's just the band. So unless you plan to read iksw soon or you hate the members of abba (surely no one like this actually exists) you will be fine with this crossover.

Throughout this I will be using the book and essentially taking what happens and changing the characters and the details but none of the plot. Frida is Chloe green, agnetha is shara wheeler, bjorn is smith Parker and finally benny is Rory heron. I will be using the band members names wherever these character names would usually be.

The writing of the story will change, I tell the same plot in a slightly different way but moments from the book I love (such as the first paragraph, most of the burn pile and some scenes) are kept exactly the same except name changes because they are perfect even in another story.

Changes to the story are: it's set in England not Alabama but I went for the idea of a very rural area, Frida is from Sweden not California like chloe.

Changed to the band are: benny and Frida are not in a relationship, they are aged down to be 17, it is not set in the 70's.

Finally don't worry if you don't understand some of this to begin with that's the idea.
