Work Text:

Things might not have gone to the grander plan of things
The galaxy, guess the Force, changing everything mid script
The control chips, the orders bad followed, then not

Well, whatever happened, it changed earthing for these two
Now, for once, in this universe, the two finally getting their shot!

If it had not been for the one, supposedly ending up dying
The other, having shot their Jedi General, who was totally lying
Guess, the two might not have met each other at all!

Be it a Force sent or something else, they did meet
At least, in this alternate kind of a universe created scene!

It was a sort of a facility, not really a prison, but not a given freedom either
But those souls being kept there, were treated with mostly kindness
As to whom they were keeping them there, well, that is neither here nor there
Not really relevant for the story ahead, of two souls finding each other
After all the hardship endured, as they were meant to be with the other!

The meeting

A shared bunk room, with a hair emergency
The unruly curls of the one called Tup, having an urgency
As neither the conditioner nor the brush could tame all that hair
Tup, half sobbing, running into despair

Alas, then, the door opening, in walking the one called Dogma

The grumpy young clone, quite the opposite of Tup the clone
Who was mostly known for the great smiles always sharing
But this time around, Tup was totally crying, if not blaring!

Seeing the other clone all in tears, Dogma, still grumpy, daring near
The realisation hitting him like a ten ton Bantha, as he stood there in fear

But, he, Dogma, could help the other clone!
Simple as that, right?
And so, soon enough, it was done!

Clearing them tangled knots of all that hair
Brushing away the tension into a smooth strains fair

And so, from that moment on

Dogma always ready and willing
To braid the hair of his better half

As the was what they had become

Soon enough after the first glance
Or was it the hair making all the difference?
Whatever the reason behind it all having been
The two always together chilling easily seen

And the best made hair braid of the…

Well what ever this place was called
They had been doomed to live their lives
Inside of, for a while at least, who knows

Alas, now and always together

Just like they had always meant to have been.

Dogma and Tup

Wasn’t it so obvious?
