Chaos was one word for it. One hunt had gone wrong, and you wound up wondering if you were simply going to die. Witches were always tricky, and you knew something was done to you, but what was the issue. Unlike the boys, though, you knew how to get along with the King of Hell. Already readily aware that Castiel was busy with Heavenly issues, you knew he would be the quickest to get you back to the bunker.
"Hello, Darling," a familiar British tone voiced from the other side of the phone. "I can only imagine if you're ringing me, you've found yourself in some trouble."
"I-," before you were even able to explain the situation to Crowley over the phone, you watched as the demon appeared in front of you. "Well, that was fast."
"I always have time for you, love," he spoke softly, though as the demon neared her, she noticed a little something else in his brown gaze. His lips curled upwards, not into a full smirk, but almost a real smile as he drew near her. "Have I told you lately how stunning you are?"
It was so out of character to hear the King of Hell himself speak such sweet words to you, no matter how kind you were to him. Maybe the occasional flirty comment, but he had never been so blatant. You felt your cheeks light up in a soft tinted blush as you rolled your eyes at the demon, before murmuring a soft thank you. "If you could accompany me back to the bunker, it would be thoroughly appreciated," she finally said, before the demon would get close enough to try anything else strange with her.
Instead of simply placing his hand upon your shoulder to transport you, Crowley gingerly wrapped an arm around your waist. You could not say you were complaining about the display of kindness, but part of you wished to check his temperature, before mentally chiding yourself for realizing that he could not be sick.
Once the two of you arrived at the bunker, chaos ensued, though. The moment that Dean and Sam Winchester both laid eyes upon you, you realized the two were behaving so out of character as well. The soft looks you were receiving from the three men had you in spins, though your cheeks held this constant blush as you were dying to get into the library alone.
As you thanked Crowley and slipped away, you could vaguely hear the three arguing about something. You simply assumed that it was over your choice of transportation and went about researching what spell could possibly have been placed on you. At worst, you would need to contact Rowena, which was something you pushed yourself not to have to do.
In the other room, the three were going back and forth about their newfound interest in Y/N L/N. Of course, Sam and Dean Winchester had been close to you for years, but neither of them had seen you in that way prior. If anything, you had simply been family, but the moment you showed back up at the bunker, something changed in both.
"Have you ever noticed how beautiful she is?" Was exactly how the argument started, Dean dreamily speaking aloud as he watched you walk out of the room. The three could vaguely see you in the next room looking over lore. Green apple eyes were fixated upon your face specifically.
"Dude, do you mean Y/N?" Sam interjected, the two practically ignoring that Crowley was still in the room with them. "You always go after girls on hunts. Let me have this."
"No way, man!" Dean quickly countered. "I love her!"
"Well, so do I!" Sam chimed back, his lips tightening and brows furrowing with aggravation.
"Boys," Crowley interrupted, his voice stern. "We all love her."
Both Winchesters snapped their heads in the direction of Crowley, and realization had dawned upon Sam. "She just got back from a hunt she was weary about," he spoke, trying to stay calm. "Maybe the witch put a spell on her."
Awkwardly, you moved back to the doorway, awkwardness clear in your stance as you leaned against the wall, y/e/c orbs shifting between the three men. “As much as I hate to ask, should we call Rowena?” you questioned timidly, feeling yourself shifting in your skin as the three would not remove their eyes from you. You swallowed hard, finding it impossible to simply stride back out comfortably as the three seemed ever so infatuated. “Getting back to our normal lives would be quite swell.”
“Or you could be the Queen of Hell,” Crowley suggested with a smirk, his gaze shifting up and down your frame as he neared you.
“No way!” Dean interjected, walking closer to you, simply to intercept the demon. He wrapped an arm around your waist protectively, glaring at Crowley as he did. “Y/N is not going to fall for a demon. She’s human, and deserves the best. By the best, I mean me.”
Your lips formed a tight line as you felt your discomfort growing between the energy in the room and the extra warmth that would normally be a comfort. Allowing a huff to escape your nose, you pushed yourself from the wall, arms crossed as you walked into the other room to grab your phone. “Don’t get me wrong, boys, you’re all great,” you said dismissively, picking up the cellular device and scrolling down to find Rowena’s name. “But if any of you touch me before this spell is broken, I will not hesitate to tie you up.”
“I like the sound of that,” Crowley chimed in wryly, and you could not stop the aggravated groan that dropped from your lips.
You stepped out of the room as quickly as you could, bringing your phone to your ear as it rang for Rowena. The distaste in her voice had been the most comforting sound you had in the last hour and you had hastily left the bunker by yourself to meet her. Though the spell itself had been child's play for Rowena to break, she still insisted that you would owe her some unnamed favor fairly soon.
It had been testing to see if the spell wore off that worried you the most. Not even a day had passed since the boys had wanted to make you theirs, with a sprinkle of affection from the King of Hell himself, and each step back into the bunker felt arduous. You swallowed thickly as you moved as silently as you could.
Crowley had not even been there to greet you once you got back, though it had been for the best, knowing it would take some time for you to forget his smooth comments. The two that had quickly come into view had been relaxed, just the way you recalled them. Sam typed away at his keyboard while Dean sipped a drink, feet up as he reclined, absently chatting with him until you walked up.
The fact that their attention hadn't immediately jumped to you had been a welcomed sign, though the grin on Dean's face had been genuine. “You're back,” he called out, “and no longer a complete aphrodisiac.”
“I don't know if I should take offense to that,” you chuckled softly in reply. “Though I am glad to hear that from you.”
“I don't know if I should take offense to that,” he jested in return. “Sammy, you're not feeling anything weird for Y/N still, are you?”
Sam finally acknowledged the two of you, his brown eyes shifting from you to Dean, and back to you again. Relief in the form of his own smile stretched across his face, before he shrugged. “She's just the sister I never knew I wanted.”
Everything had been back to normal and you could not help the smile that painted your lips as you sat down with the three, brushing earlier from your mind entirely. “It's nice to have my brother's back,” you hummed softly.
“Okay, no chick flick moments, you two,” Dean scolded, clearly amused.
You leaned back on the couch comfortably, and thanked everything humane you could that the experience had been over. It had been the perfect place to have such a messy spell cast, though, and you weren't about to admit out loud that at least your actual crush hadn't been at the bunker at the time. Though you wondered what favor Rowena would eventually ask of you, that was a problem for another day.
