   Miss Circle was dealing with her mother's abuse which the others desperately tried to help her with.

   Circle in this fic can BARELY speak english, she can speak it but her grammar and sentence construction suck ass. Thavel obviously translates this for her.

   Circle's parents can speak english (Charlie taught Akari how to speak it when Circle wasn't born yet so..Circle is just learning from Thavel AND Charlie.)
