Work Text:
Wades butt was going numb. He had been sitting on the roof of an apartment building with no one to shoot for what felt like a week. (it had been two and a half days but its not like he cared) His target was some random, slightly famous lady whose ex husband had hired him to kill. Something about losing everything in the divorce and his public image being down the drain blah blah blah. Not like wade needed a reason to make 100,000 bucks.
“Lost everything in the divorce my ass” Wade had thought when the payment information was given to him. He usually didnt do hits but he didnt really care. He just needed that sweet, sweet paycheck, and this one was easy money.
As he was lining up his shot in the corner of his eye he saw, a shadow? A random person running scross the street? More likely another hitman, rich people dont usually hire just one guy so wade ignored it. The simplicity of the job made him sloppy. He looked back through his scope and found his target.
Tall, brunette, great body, maybe if he wasnt being payed to kill her he might have had a *coughcough* fun time with her *COUGHCOUGHCOUGH CHOKES AND DIES* but a paycheck’s a paycheck.
Dot on her forehead finger, on the trigger, check the wind, pull the trigger… bang. Lady down, paycheck his, time to leave. He threw his stuff into his duffle bag zipped it up and- BAM. Wade saw stars, and not the good kind. He fell onto his back and turned his head to see who the fuck hit him.
There stood four guys in extremely tight black special forces suits, damn those were some tight pants they were wearing. Wade tried to get up and fight, but that was just a bit to much for right now. The last thing he saw was the biggest man in the group take off his mask and sneer at him, then everything was dark.
