(Shyly) Hi everybody~ (Shivering) My n-name is Izuku M-Mid-Midoriya, a-and (crying) this is the story how I became McDonald's employee of the month.
So... What does a McDonalds worker do?
Well, here at McDonalds, we're not just a team, we're family. And we always cover for each other.
A McDonald’s crew member is part of the company’s restaurant team whose primary responsibilities are customer service, food preparation, cleanliness and hygiene.
The McDonald’s crew member job description entails offering great customer service, ensuring that every guest is treated in a fast and friendly way, and that they get a great experience in visiting McDonald’s.
Crew members work in the kitchen preparing food; they also work at the front counter assisting customers through the ordering process.
They are responsible for operating cash registers, running the drive-thru, and cooking Big Macs and other menu items.
Their role also involves ensuring the restaurant is clean, well maintained and always an inviting place for families, friends, neighbors, and fellow employees.
They work in direct contact with customers and learning essential hospitality skills on which they can build a career or simply earn some extra income.
Crew members also ensure the restaurant is clean and well maintained, utilizing a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment.
Their work description also entails providing customers with a quick and accurate service and showing sensitivity to their individual needs, both from behind the till and in the dining areas.
Crew members at McDonald’s are also responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of food using a broad range of equipment and tools.
They ensure to produce orders to a consistently high standard with the understanding that quality control is critical.
To work as a McDonald’s crew member requires no formal education but some soft skill sets are essential to be successful on the job.
You must possess a friendly, respectful, and positive attitude; you must also be a team player with an apt for learning, and enjoy working with people to be successful on the job.
You must also be enthusiastic and hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
McDonald’s’ crew members work to uphold the quality of service delivery standard of the McDonald’s brand.
We perform various functions to ensure the delivering of excellent customer experience – from the quality and hygiene of the food served, the service process, and the cleanliness of the environment.
Provided below are typical tasks, duties, and responsibilities that make up the job description of McDonald’s crew members:
Arrives on time for work and stay until shift completion
Ensures to greet all customers with a smile
Performs order processing – takes accurate food orders from guests in a fast and timely manner.
Responsible for preparing all of McDonald’s varieties, following established procedures.
Performs housekeeping duties to keep the facility and equipment clean and inviting.

Kacchan, why so mean? I was just telling the audience how to become the best Minimum Wage employee they can be.
Oh well, guess I have to serve my customer, right?
"Oi, Deku? Is that you blud?"
What? Uraraka-Chan? W-why are you Scottish?
"Deku, me lad! Ye bloody well startled me there! It's been ae age since I laid eyes on ye. Come gie's a hug, ye daft git!"
Ochako then hugged me from across the counter, making me blush. Wow, it's been a long time since I've felt a woman's touch. Besides my mother Inko.
"Deku me lad, let me introduce ye to my training partner for the gym, Katsuki Bakugo, ye former bully. We work out evryyy night, from dusk to dawn!"
Ah, oh hey, Kacchan is her training partner, wow. They must be really sweaty and tired after each workout, I better lock tf in and give them their order.
"Okay, Ochako, okay Kacchan, here are you orders:
Two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda."
Wow, they must be tired if they're doing this every day. Hey, can I join you guys one day?
"Umm, I don't know Deku, maybe you can sit and watch?"
Said Ochako, making my heart sink.
Sit and watch? I can't even use their training equipment?
"Well duh, you haven't yet liked, subscribed, and hit the bell icon to enable notification. Until you do, you're just a passerby."
Ochako told me.
"Yeah, Deku, if you want it so bad. Why don't you sit on The Chair, we've got one in almost every room."
Said Katsuki, prompting my gasp.
Every room?! They have a training facility in every room? Even the bed?! They must be so rich. And they're training every night, in almost every room, sweating and grunting all over the place.
Man, I sure wish I wasn't a McDonalds employee.
"Hey! Stop holding up the line! It's our turn!"
Uh oh! Bye Uraraka! Bye Kacchan! I hope you guys get lots of workout today! Have a plus ultra day!
"Oh don't worry, we'll be doing it all night!"
Man, I'm so jealous of them. Being a hero must be so good, everybody knows you, everybody loves you, treats you with respect.
If only...
"Hey, loser! Heads up!"
Oh hey, it's Momo and Mineta, why are they together? They're wearing gym clothes, so, they must be working out too! Just like Ochako and Kacchan!
"One extra large fries, no salt, extra ketchup, and a diet coke with three Splendas."
What kinda fucking order is that?
"Um hey, Deku, fancy seeing you here."
Oh hey, Momo, so, did you guys get together or...
"Oh well, Mineta and I, we talked alot about you."
About me?!
"Yeah, about you and... Well, we thought that it would be best to see it for ourselves."
Wow, you guys travel all the way here just to see me? I'm honored.
"Yo Deku, you don't have to say it like that, this restaurant is like... Right next to UA High. Literally everybody knows about you."
Wow Mineta, you guys really cared a lot about me. I wanna cry.
"Please don't, it'll be really awkward."
So while your order is coming, why don't tell me about your workout routine? You wanna know about mine?
"Workout? What are you, oh~ He's talking about our clothes, yeah, we workout together now. Me and Mineta."
Wow? How did it happen?
"Well, it just kinda happen? You know? We were together for a while and then we just decided, hey, let's just start working out together."
That's really cool, Momo-chan. Sometimes our soulmates really can emerge from unexpected routes.
"Well, we also go to the same gym as Bakugo and Ochako. You should come and watch, those two really loved working out together. It's like they're feral or something."
Woah, yeah, maybe I will come and watch one day.
"Awesome, can I get my order now. My back is kinda tired."
Of course! Momo-chan, here are your orders! Have fun.
"Hey."
Oh hey! Kirishima-Senpai! And Mina-Chan too! Are you guys also working out together?
"Yeah! Sure!"
Awesome! Let me have your order.
Mina-chan suddenly leapt over the counter and grabbed me by the McCollar as she screamed:
"I'd like a Filet-O-Fish! But hold the fish and replace it with a chicken nugget!"
Then, Kirishima said:
"I'll have a McFlurry, but instead of Oreos, can you use gummy bears?"
Of course guys! And Oh! I haven't told you about my exercise routine yet!
The McDonald's Minute Workout
Warm-up:
30 seconds of "Fry Shuffle": Quickly shuffling back and forth between the fryer and the counter, dodging customers.
1 minute of "Drink Dispenser Dance": Rapidly switching between different drink options to fill cups.
Workout:
15 reps of "Big Mac Build": Constructing a Big Mac, lifting patties, adding lettuce, and stacking buns.
20 reps of "Order Screams": Yelling out orders as loud as possible, improving lung capacity.
10 reps of "Cash Register Crunch": Rapidly punching numbers into a cash register, working those greasy fingers.
15 reps of "Drive-Thru Deadlift": Pretending to lift heavy bags of fries and drinks out of the car.
Cool-down:
30 seconds of "Napkin Folding": Practice folding napkins into perfect triangles, improving hand-eye coordination.
1 minute of "Floor Sweeping": Mimicking sweeping the floor, burning those calories.
Bonus:
Thanking the customer: Repeat until failure.
For extra challenge, try doing this workout while wearing a greasy apron.

Another honest day of work. Man, I love being a McDonalds employee. You know, a lot of people are so ungrateful to work minimum wage. But not you, hopefully, not anymore.
