A young girl walks home after having tried to rescue her childhood best friend who she knew even before she became a girl, today has been terrible for her, the boy who once was her best friend told her to kill herself, her idol told her that she couldn't be a hero and left her on a roof, and then she got yelled at for rushing in to save her ex-childhood friend by heroes who weren't doing anything. Her name is Izumi Midoriya and this is the day fate finally changes in her favor.
POV: Izumi
I open the door to mine and mom’s apartment “mom im home.” “Izu! I was so worried when I saw what happened on the news! I can’t believe those heroes would yell at you for rushing in to save Katsuki when they couldn’t, I know I haven't always supported your dream out of fear you'd get hurt but what you did today made me realize you really do have what it takes to be a hero and i'm so proud of you” mom hugs me tightly as I cry tears of joy in her arms after finally being told that. “Now how about you get out of your school clothes? I'm gonna make you some katsudon dinner” I nod and head to get out of my school uniform. As I do so I hear a sound I can only think of as reality shifting out of place and I turn around to see a gray marbled wall appear as a black and gold box slides out of it onto my desk as the strange wall disappears. “What the heck?” I walk over to the box and see it’s lid has golden lines running across it and bending near the top with a red gem in the center, I open the box to find a letter.
“Greetings! If you are receiving this then the whims of fate have found you worthy of inheriting my gorgeous mantle, my name is Ho-Oh Kaguya Quartz and within this box is my Legendriver it is a belt that allows the user the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Legend, I recently created an upgrade of the Legendriver and felt that it would be a gorgeous idea to send my original out into the multiverse to find a new user(that's you!) Along with the Legendriver I have included a set of Legend rider ride chemy cards which will allow you to take on the forms of other Riders, along with some blank cards that will change when you encounter someone with a similar power to a rider you don't have a card of, and so my successor I give you one Gorgeous task: become a Legendary hero in your world! So place the belt upon your waist, insert the Kamen Rider Legend card, say Henshin, and pull the sides of the driver.

Izumi finishes reading and removes the fabric covering the ‘Legendriver’ and sees it, a large belt buckle with a sideways golden gate on top of a glossy black base on the sides more gold in the center, beside the belt is a set of 27 cards and many blank cards. “Izumi dinner is done!” mom calls out “coming mom!” and then I head back out to the kitchen for dinner.
The Next day.
Today I decided to head to the beach to test out the Legendriver since nobody would be there even on a weekend, i set the box on a towel so it didn't get covered in sand and then took out the Legendriver and the card labeled ‘Kamen Rider Legend’ in english “lets see what happens” I put the Legendriver up to my waist and a belt appeared around me as it said it’s name “Legendriver” I then inserted the the card into the slot “chemy ride” the belt said as it started making a standby sound, “um uh H-Henshin?” I then pulled the sides the center turned opening the gate “L-L-L-LEGEND” as a matching gate opened behind me and I am swarmed with gold and crystals and they condense into a gold and black armor that looking at I can only describe as “Gorgeous”. I start testing out the abilities I have in the suit, I seem to be faster than average and hit harder I leave a large dent in a washing machine which I try and pick up its far lighter than I expected “huh I wonder what the other cards do” I grab one labeled ’Kamen Rider Kabuto’ insert it and pull “G-G-G-GORGEOUS KABUTO” after the name announcement played it made mechanical noises ”change beetle” it said at the end I then noticed a note under where the card was “say clock up?” time then begins to slow around me the waves move at a snail’s pace and I can see birds flap “woah” I start to move around giving some stuff a couple kicks when “clock over” and time goes back to normal “I definitely have to check out more of these cards, I could even fill a couple notebooks but first basic analysis for each”
Legend: basic form but nothing to scoff at, has the basic abilities most other forms have such as increased speed, strength, durability and jump height
Kabuto: can slow down time making me appear like I have super speed
Wizard: magic
Ghost: floating and occasional intangibility
Kuuga: strong punches like punch a fridge in half without trying
Faiz: glows and can mount a laser pointer on my foot to project a symbol which increases damage from a kick
Ex-aid: higher than usual jump height along with onomatopoeia whenever I hit thing
Agito: much like Kuuga but a bit weaker but a bit faster
Ryuki: can summon a fire breathing dragon with a sword tail
Blade: sword
Hibiki: i need to play more taiko no tasujin for a better grasp on this form
Den-O: gives me the urge to say ore sanjou also has a sword
Kiva: uncomfortable the chains way it down in the wrong places, minor flight
Decade: magenta legend with book sword gun
W: wind powers, increased punches, and the ability to split in half
OOO: the legs flip out for increased jumps and the claws on the arms can pop out
Fourze: PUNCH WITH ROCKET
Gaim: fruit samurai, minor urge to dance
Drive: car man wheel chest
Build: Rabbit half: extreme jumps, Tank half: durable and treads increase speed on one leg
Zi-o: minor time powers along with another sword
Zero One: very fast and very good at jumps
Saber: I am become sword
Revi: axe with gun mode
Vice: hammer goes bonk
Geats: exhausts on my legs like Ingenium has on his arms but I have a gun
Gotchard: chrome blue grass hopper train big jumps big speed
Gavv: rubbery armor smells like gummies
Additional note: it seems like the more I use the Legendriver the more my hair turns blonde right now it's just the tip of a few strands and it is a gorgeous color.
