【Sometimes, you think you want to be alone. But when someone stays with you, you feel so grateful】
Sehun stares sharply at the three vampires in front of him. They're attacking him with their fast speed, not giving a time for him to run away from them.
"Geez, that man is so annoying," Sehun mumbles. He's still dodging the attacks from those vampires. He tries to cast a spell to push them away for a while. But his energy is draining a lot, he feels weak on his knees after casting the spell. That’s because he already used his power to seal a demon back to their dimension.
"Damn it, Lucas, you really bring a trouble to this world!" Sehun said when he sees those vampires attacking him again. He tries to dodging their attack again but one of them manage to hit the back of his head, making him falls to the ground and in another second, he also got hit on his back.
Sehun groans, he managed to avoid another attack but he doesn't realize someone else is there and attack him with some kind of attacking spell, making Sehun pushed really hard to the wall, a trail of blood flows from his lips.
"So, this is a power of the Watcher? How low!" The person who just attacked him laughs.
Sehun smirks. "This is still nothing." He secretly takes off a blade behind the black coat that he wears.
It's not just an ordinary blade, it's the Holy Blade, that can be used to kill any night creatures such as vampires, warlocks, werewolves, elves and demons. Sehun got the blade because he's a member of The Watcher, the night creatures with a special skill of casting a high-level of spell and really good with using all kind of weapons in a battle. Their task is to keep the balance between the other world and the human world.
Sehun himself got so much hates from other vampires not only because he’s a Watcher but also because he's the part of the pure blood family, the vampires that said to inherits the blood of a Nephilim. Rumour said that every vampire who drinks the blood of the pure blood will get an extra-ordinary power.
"Unfortunately I couldn't kill you, I have to give you to Master Lucas." The person who attacks him walks closer.
It's Ten, one of Lucas's subordinates.
Ten spread his arm and moving it forward, making some knives attacking Sehun.
Sehun shielded himself with a protective spell, creating an invisible wall around his body, but due to his weak condition, it create a hole to the protective spell, making a few knives managed to cut his body.
Sehun winced but he keep walking towards Ten and with a fast moves, he attack Ten with the blade. He managed to cut off Ten's arms before he quickly moves away from Ten.
He needs to get out as fast as he can, so he changed himself to be a bat.
Although Sehun could do this shape-shifting but actually he rarely used it ever since he's chosen as The Watcher.
He managed to fly away from them, but he's now struggling with the pain on his wings and all over his body. He tries to ignore the pain, he needs to go far away from that place before Ten send another group of vampires to chase him.
Sehun keep flying, until he couldn't move his wings anymore and falls on a flower garden. He doesn't want his life ended on that garden so he decided to try to fly away again, but he doesn't have any energy left to continue flying and that makes him falls down again.
He's too tired and he couldn't handle the pain anymore.
When he’s still lying on the ground, he can see someone is coming to him and then lifted him.
"Poor bat, you've injured badly," that person said.
"Let me take care of you." That person is taking him home.
Sehun couldn't move anymore, he couldn't even use any healing spell right now. He finally closes his eyes.

Sehun open his eyes and see a bandage wrapped around his wing. Seems like the person really taking care of him.
Sehun thought that this person will kill him. Not anyone will take care of a bat and take it home. As far as he know, a bat isn't a normal human pet. Usually a human will kill a bat.
He sees that person comes again, this time that person is wearing a bathrobe and facing away from Sehun.
Sehun takes a good look around him. It seems that the person puts Sehun on a basket filled with some pieces of clothes so Sehun could feel comfortable inside it.
When he hears the sound of footsteps getting closer to him, Sehun diverted his gaze back to the person in front of him.
Once that person moves closer, Sehun can see that the person is a male, with light brown short hair, a pretty face, small lips and an mesmerizing beautiful eyes.
"Oh, you're awake." That person smiles.
Sehun just stares at that person.
That pretty smile, it reminds him of someone.
Someone that he once loved.
Someone that he really missed.
Someone who will always be a part of him.
And seeing this human in front of him, it's like a dejavu.
It's like that person is come back into his life once again.
Xiao Lu.
This person......
It couldn't be his Xiao Lu, right?
