Prompt: person 1 and person 2 are trying to get the attention of Person 3 by doing extravagant things but they end up falling in love with each other instead...or do they?

A great ass. An even better chest (those pectorals). And damn, those pants—rhinestones for Days. The little red wristband from the club down the street screaming “he/they pronouns” is a big draw, but far from the deciding factor.
Dirk’s head immediately swivels in time with Todd’s. They look at each other: “mine!” comes out in unison, so Dibs is out of the question.
“—Not that you can own someone, Todd, just in an ‘I get to talk to him first’ sense,” Dirk says in that endearingly snooty way of his.
“Oh, ‘shove off’,” Todd snarks, signature eye roll a-going.
“While I’m impressed you’re becoming cultured, I’m too busy meeting the man of my dreams to be proud of you. Try again later,” he says, turning while giving Todd the classic ‘talk to the hand’.
Todd snorts, already getting up out of his steel-but-chic cafe chair and making his way towards the guy rapidly getting away....to the bus stop, that is convienently near the cafe.
Later, the guy looks between them, looks them over, then suggests a three-way date while sliding his business card over.
The three-way leaves unresolved Romantic Tension between Dirk and Todd, and the third guy reveals he kinda suspected, but wanted to have a great time with them before they figured it out, but also to help them figure it out, because they looked like they’d never get there.
