Basic design for the creeper
Here you can see part of the narrative that hasnt shown up in the fanfics.
she escapes the hospital and finds joker, and she is not happy to see him, leading to a big fight scene where its obvious those chemicals did more than just stain her skin yellow. she's incredibly agile, very strong for her size, and oddly durable, taking hits from joker like they were nothing. at which point we reach the scene above, where she starts mercilessly beating joker with a crowbar (hope you appreciate the irony) before trying to snap his neck, at which point one of the henchmen is able to shock her with one of jokers joy buzzers, knocking her out. she gets tied up and drugged while the joker trys to figure out what do do with her. eventually he decides on a shock collar, but after she comments on how much it would clash with her costume, he decides upon shock-wristbands, which you can see in my fist picture of her. after which she grudgingly becomes his sidekick.

Here you see her in a civilian disguise.
she still really resents joker, and nearly succeeds in killing him, but after he outfits her with a pair of shock-wristbands that cant be removed, she grudgingly remains as his sidekick.
At one point in time she forces batgirl to become friends with her on threat of revealing that batgirl is really Barbra Gordon (creepers really good at finding people), and for their day out shopping creeper dons this disguise, with a bit of makeup to hide her yellow skin and glasses to hide her red eyes.

just some expressions practice
here you have my incarnation of the creeper about to claw someone in the face while showing off her "pepper hands"
one of her unique gas-weapons which is essentially pepper spray, but in a weird sort of way.
thanks to her armored skin and very high pain tolerance, creeper is totally immune to pepper spray. because of this she created a variation of jokers joy buzzer that instead of electrocuting people, releases a cloud of fog that coats her hands in the burning liquid, making them look almost like they're on fire. this makes her punches or even any touch on anyone's bare skin, burn like its been doused in acid. it also leaves a residue on clothes, so even after the battle they can still burn from the chemicals. it also acts as an effective trap, leaving the chemicals on key items that someone would touch, underwear for instance. it lasts about 7 hours before evaporating completely.
some other parts of creepers arsenal:
while she takes most of her weapons and the like from the joker, such as razor playing cards, a lot of her things are less dangerous adaptations of it. As the Joker doesnt want to make her too threatening in case she has the opportunity to turn on him.
For instance the poisons and gas she uses are rarely as toxic as the jokers, often wearing off quickly without the need for an antidote. she uses them mainly as a sort of helping hand to make it easier to beat up people. Her favorite is a bright yellow gas that's essentially a mild form of the scarecrows fear toxin.
It makes the person feel almost like their drowning, best described like their lungs feel full of cotton, so while they can still breathe, it feels hard to do, as well as causing mild hallucinations. only lasts about 10 minutes.
Also her gloves have claws built in, having actually gone to cat-woman and exchanged a few priceless paintings of cats for a few pairs of custom clawed gloves. She uses them mainly for climbing, not having a grappling hook or anything she relies only on her physical prowess to navigate the rooftops, but they are also used often in combat, and taking a page out of catwomans book, breaking and entering.
At creepers request, joker whipped up another batch of joker putty for creeper to mess with. this lead to one of her most unique weapons. turns out that when you expose average vending machine bouncy balls to joker putty, it gives them flubber-like bouncing ability's. Just throw one of those suckers on the ground and it will ricochet around the room with nearly the force of a rubber bullet. Now throw a handful of them on the ground and you have an insane hailstorm of pain.
The cause of many a broken window and black eye in Gotham, she always has a bag of these stashed in her boa.
So this is an alternate costume of the creeper oc, going by the alias of "Nightmare" and being a bit inspired by the phantasm from the btas movie mask of the phantasm.
she created the persona of nightmare to do superhero-ing behind jokers back.
(which makes her end up with a weird secret identity crisis, because she doesn't want anyone to know that she's nightmare. so you end up with a funny, happy go lucky villain who's secret identity is a dark, secretive, occasionally brooding hero. and for someone who's sanity is already in question to constantly cartwheel across the lines between good and evil with wild abandon, this can cause some problems.)
Equipped with an ancient artifact capable of creating a infinite amount of solid darkness that she bought at a super villain auction, she crafted a costume that can easily be put over her normal one and be stored neatly away in her red boa.
many see her as a spirit of torment, vengeance, or mischief, and she doesn't interfere with their speculation, instead taking a few notes out of batman's book and doing her best to remain a mysterious urban legend. Which mostly just means she's a little bit less chatty and more serious when she's wearing the nightmare costume. Although sometimes this makes her come across as more sadistic as well, showing more of how she really is without all of jokers brainwashing to make her more silly. in fact, its the times when she becomes nightmare that you really get a feel of how dangerous she actually is.
nightmares arsenal
taking one of her existing gases (one that causes the victim to feel like they're drowning while causing mild hallucinations) and refining it, she created a clear, odorless gas that causes bizarre and terrifying hallucinations, rather like scarecrows fear toxin. Only instead of forcing you to experience your worst fear, you get a random, but always terrifying experience.
Could be you think the ground below you has turned to glass and you're 30 stories up in the air, or your being attacked by neon yellow bears in petticoats, or you think your pants have suddenly vanished and everyone's laughing at you, or you're covered in centipedes trying to eat ur flesh. Each hallucination is different, and often times after the toxin wears off victims are ashamed of having been afraid in the first place.
Another gas she uses is also odorless and colorless, but this one causes partial paralyzation, which most describe as being "paralyzed with fear".
Her claws are usually coated in a weaker version of her pepper gas (essentially pepper spray) so that instead of causing painful burning from just touching bare skin, only the cuts from her scratches will burn like hell.
the smoke that she gives off constantly has some unusual properties compared to regular smoke.
first off its solid darkness, so it may move like smoke, but it dissipates based on how bright the area around it is, so the darker it is, the longer the stuff stays around, but it always dissipates eventually. and it leaves nothing behind, like how batman can trace certain chemicals and stuff? darkness is totally untraceable. the amount being released can also be controlled, with more or less being used for visual effect, or a large burst of it being used like a smoke bomb to cover an escape. it also has a tendency to slightly suck the light out of a room, making the area around her slightly darker, which can make for some pretty creepy mood lighting.
And see the odd marks in the darkness? those are rays of light breaking through, which have a tendency to form as the darkness dissipates. they flow along with the smoke, appearing and disappearing like light through water. where the light source is strongest, the most beams of light will form in the smoke.
