Chapter Text
“What if he says ‘no’?”
“He won’t, love. Who could say ‘no’ to you? I certainly can’t!”
“You’re sweet, mi amor. I’m just nervous. The idea of potentially having a child with you is exciting. But, what if it can’t be done?” Carmilla looked away, saddened about the likely scenario.
Velvette reached for Carmilla’s hand, cupping her cheek. “Hey, if anyone can make miracles like this happen, it’s our very own King of Hell, himself. Given your close relationship with the Morningstars, I’ll bet he’d be happy to help.”
Carmilla smiled at Velvette, leaning into her touch. “Thank you, sweetheart. You always know what to say to make me feel better.”
They shared a gentle kiss, a simple press of their lips that conveyed so much emotion. When they parted, they walked into the Hazbin Hotel, Charlie immediately greeting them upon entry.
“Mrs. Carmine! And, Mrs. Carmine, welcome! Thank you both again for the invite to your wedding. We had a lovely time.” Charlie said with a bright smile, gesturing to her girlfriend, Vaggie. Vaggie sidled up to Charlie’s side, waving to them both.
The Morningstar and Carmine families had a very good rapport with one another, becoming closer ever since they had a hand in helping with stopping the last extermination from happening years ago. Vaggie would often hang out with Clara and Odette, Charlie tagging along as well, the four women becoming good friends.
“Of course, dear. I’m happy you all enjoyed yourselves.” Carmilla said, returning the smile.
“So, what brings you both here today?”
“I was wondering if we may speak to your father?” Carmilla asked. Ever since the newly renovated hotel, Lucifer had been staying within the establishment frequently, nearly spending all of his time there.
“Of course!” Charlie cheerily exclaimed. She pulled out her phone, dialing her dad’s number. “Hey, dad! Carmilla and Velvette are here. They want to speak to you about something.”
A moment later after Charlie ended the call with her father, Lucifer had suddenly appeared in a puff of smoke, a grin on his face. “You rang?”
After introductions were done, Charlie and Vaggie left them to their discussion, the couple off to run errands for the hotel. Carmilla explained to Lucifer that they wanted to expand their family, wondering if it were even possible to do with them being Sinners.
Lucifer tapped his chin in concentration, mulling the idea over. He informed them that while Sinners aren’t able to procreate and have kids in the traditional sense, there would still be a way to do so; With his creation magic, of course!
Velvette asked how exactly they’re supposed to make their kid a reality since even if Sinners had the option to, natural procreation wasn’t an option for the two of them, especially since she was lacking in certain equipment. “If it was, we would’ve had hundreds of kids running around Hell with how frequent we fuck.” Velvette smirked, making Lucifer blush slightly and Carmilla roll her eyes, a faint blush on her face also.
“You wanna do it naturally? I can make that possible!” Lucifer snapped his fingers, Velvette’s eyes widening in shock. She copped a feel between her legs, realizing there was now a bulge where there wasn’t one before.
“Holy fuck, you gave me a cock! My pussy’s gone!”
Lucifer chuckled. “If that’s not your style,” He snapped his fingers again, removing Velvette’s added appendage, reverting her back to normal. “I can come up with something else.”
“As amusing as that first option is, I think we’d prefer something else, Lucifer.” Carmilla laughed, “Respectfully.”
Lucifer laughed along with her, nodding his head. “Fair enough.”
“But, uh, I’ll keep that other option in mind…” Velvette nudged Lucifer, grinning mischievously. “Y’know… just in case…”
Lucifer smirked, nudging Velvette back. “Can do.”
Lucifer gave it some more thought, racking his brain for an idea on how exactly it would be possible to achieve what they were asking. His face brightened as he came up with just the thing to help them out. With a wave of his hand, he conjured up a vial, filled with a shimmery golden liquid inside.
“Since love potions are your thing,” Lucifer glanced at Velvette smugly when he said this, earning him a dismissive shrug in response from the fashionista at him referencing her aphrodisiac potion. “I figured this would be fitting.”
He handed the potion over to Velvette, further explaining that the two overlords would each drink half of the potion before their next lovemaking session. The creation magic imbued in the liquid would harness the essence of their lovemaking, creating the spirit that would later turn into their child’s soul. He also explained that rather than getting pregnant and giving birth per the norm, their child would be delivered by Razzle, taking inspiration from the tales about storks delivering babies to couples.
“All the miracles of child-rearing without the pain of child birth.” Lucifer chuckled, recalling how Lilith was when Charlie was born.
Carmilla was grateful for that aspect, remembering the births of her daughters, too. “A welcome scenario, Lucifer.” She chuckled along with him. “Does this mean the child will be a baby forever?”
Lucifer informed them that their baby will start off as a babe, but will grow up naturally, as children do. He went off on a tangent about how kids are so cute when they’re little, talking about how adorable Charlie was as a toddler, Carmilla joining in and reminiscing with her own stories about Clara and Odette. He continued his explanation after his rant, saying that when they get to adulthood and reach maturity, they’ll stop aging and live for eternity like the rest of them so Carmilla and Velvette would never have to go through the process of grieving for a child, something Lucifer said no loving parent should ever experience.
With all the wordy explanations out of the way, Lucifer bid them both farewell, the two overlords thanking him again for his willingness to help before he disappeared in a puff of smoke.
“Let’s go make a baby, love!” Velvette excitedly exclaimed. She couldn’t believe this was actually happening. What originally had started out as her wanting to go through with this more for Carmilla’s sake than her own, started to become a more enticing thought when the reality of it being possible set in. She really was looking forward to having her own flesh and blood brat with her wife.

…A Few Weeks Later, at the Carmine Residence…
“So, girls, Velvette and I have some wonderful news to share with you.” Carmilla started.
“Yeah, brace yourselves!” Velvette said, laughing at Carmilla’s stern look directed at her. At Odette’s and Clara’s worried expressions, she added, “It’s good, I promise!”
Shaking her head, Carmilla continued. “Girls, our family will be expanding once more.”
“I was just the start!” Velvette exclaimed, giggling as she flashed her ring finger at them. “But in all seriousness, you girls are having new siblings!”
Their eyes were wide, both wondering the same thing. “HOW!?”
“Lucifer was kind to offer his assistance. I’ll explain the details later but they’ll be arriving soon. Which is why we wanted to tell you both as soon as we could.” Carmilla explained.
Clara’s eyes brightened when she realized what she heard. “They? Did I hear you correctly, mother?”
Carmilla smiled widely, nodding her head. “You did! We’re having twins!” She joyously exclaimed.
“Twins!? You’re having twins!?” Odette yelled in shock.
“What can I say, I’m VERY effective at what I do. And hey, there’d be one each for the both of you to babysit!” Velvette smirked, chuckling at Odette’s reaction.
Clara squealed in excitement, hugging her mother tightly, looking forward to meeting her new siblings. “Do you have names picked out yet?”
Carmilla nodded. “We do. We’ll reveal their names when they get here.” They had received a letter signed by Lucifer and delivered by Razzle relaying the news that they were having twins, along with their genders.
“Since you have their names picked out, does that mean you know the genders?” Odette asked, the shock from the news lessening. Despite her more mellow demeanor, she really was excited about the announcement.
“We may as well tell them that detail, love. You’re having baby brothers!” Velvette shouted. She didn’t think she’d be so excited to become an actual mum, but the closer it came to her kids becoming a reality, the more excited she became for motherhood.
The girls rejoiced, learning the gender of the babies solidifying the situation further. Odette and Clara did all they could to help their mother and Velvette prepare for the newborns that would soon be delivered to their doorstep.
Not many days had passed after their reveal to the girls when Razzle had knocked on their door, somehow able to hold a rather large basket comically in his little arms, the fraternal twins nestled safely within it. When the Carmines invited him in, he gently lowered the basket to the floor, introducing the family to their new members happily with excited bleating noises. He waved to them in farewell, his job of delivering the babies for Lucifer done and also so the family would have their privacy to get acquainted to their new bundles of joy.
Carmilla picked up the baby closest to her, Velvette reaching for the other one. She observed his face, tearing up at the sight. This was her baby. One of her baby boys with her wife Velvette. This twin had dark mocha skin like Velvette, a mask-like marking on his face mirroring her own, the short and messy curls on his head colored in mostly white like Carmilla’s, complete with the sporadic black streaks in his hair like her own. She gently caressed his cheek, tears spilling from her eyes as she smiled down at him. “Hello, Benedict.”
The features on the twin Velvette was holding resembled her own, his skin the same light gray tone like her wife, but his hair was tri-colored like the fashionista’s. She felt how soft his hair was, smiling gently at him, nuzzling her face to his. “That makes you Felix. Hi, little one.” She whispered. He even smelled naturally sweet like she did.
Clara and Odette moved closer to the older women to get a better look at their baby brothers, each sister also overcome with emotion. The twins slowly opened their eyes, the color on both that same red and white hue as their mothers.
“Welcome to the family, Felix and Benedict Carmine.”
