“Catch!”
The projectile flew in a perfect angle, landing right into the awaiting hands of Ahsoka’s.
Ahsoka smirked. The two having been at this, ball game for a while now, seemingly never tiring.
The two had decided on making it a day on the beach. The perfect planet only a short flight away from their current base. The duo then putting up a camp, the plan to stay overnight or two if they liked the place as they did have a few days off before their next mission.
And the place itself was rather heavenly. So why not stay longer?
The mild climate, the no inhabitants sans the few farmers some distance away. The lush green forest behind them with the lake with crystal clear waters as far as eyes could see. Indeed, what was there not to like about the place! A perfect paradise for any kind of people!
“So rest and relaxation it is.”
The famous last words as they had taken off to this secret vacay just for the two of them.
Ahsoka and Sabine’s relationship having developed into the something more after their original struggles since their reunion after several years. And so them deciding on making this their six month anniversary trip of sorts.
As it turned out, neither of them were the stay put lying on the beach with some book or holo-vid kind of a person and soon enough the bored sighs were elicited by both.
“So swimming?”
“Sounds like a plan.”
And as soon as the little swimming trip had started it had escalated into an impromptu make out session in the water. Kisses and touches shared by the loving couple as why not? There was nobody there to lurk around, watch them do whatever they wanted to do.
When rising from the waters, they had decided on a little sports to take the edge off, the heavy petting having gotten them both roused, but it was still day and even in the wilderness there was the sense of decorum, sex only after lights out ;P
“You’re really getting quite good at this. Using your abilities I mean.”
Ahsoka had trained Sabine just a little after their reunion. But Sabine’s abilities had certainly increased despite Sabine having toned down the Force stuff as she called it, considerably. Stating simply it really wasn’t her thing. The Force.
And perhaps Sabine was right too in not pursuing something she only had a light interest in. But Ahsoka still liked to give her a few tips and tricks here and there just the same. Keeping up with the Force as she told Sabine, just in case.
“Yeah, well guess this ball stuff is easy enough. How about we take out the toy sabres next?”
“You brought them?”
“Yeah. I did.”
“Sure, could be fun!”
While visiting a planet on a mission a while back, they had found a market place filled with curios of all kinds. Even a set of toy lightsabers designed for kids. Having laughed at the idea at first when seeing the toys, but later on Sabine had not been able to resist them only then ending up buying a set.
The toys broken out from their packaging soon enough, the two started their rather unique and unified dance of a mock lightsaber duel. Mixing it with some ye ole lore they had both read from in the history books some time ago while visiting a book depository. A place housing actual paper books!
“En Garde!”
“Is that a challenge, my dear Lady Tano?”
“Indeed it is Lady Wren!”
And so the two payed their little game of old. Duelling until the setting sun, having fun in the process until it was time to hang up their make-believe swords and retire for the evening with a feast to be enjoyed first and then some stargazing with so many heated smooches to follow.
Indeed a very merry ad-hoc vacation for the loving duo.
