Grace shifted uncomfortably around her tent. She had awoken in the dead of the night because of how stuffy her tent was.
It was also unusually warm, too.
It took awhile, but Grace eventually registered that she wasn’t the only one in the ‘bed’ right now.
”Circle.”
She snarled, a tinge (more than a tinge actually) of annoyance present in her voice.
”Mmh?”
She murmured, hugging Grace tighter against her chest.
”Go back to your own tent. You’re too big to be in here.”
Grace playfully attempted to pry Circle’s hands off of her body, only resulting in her squeezing Grace’s tummy.
”No. I want to sleep with you, bunny.”
She snuggled into Grace’s hair and started dozing off again.
Grace let out a sigh. Maybe with Circle here, she wouldn’t have any more nightmares.
The snoring and other sleeping sounds of her followers matched the ambient noises of the grass swaying and spiders running around the Cult.
Wait. Spiders?
Grace let out an annoyed groan. She couldn’t get up now, it would be morning by the time she manages to escape Circle’s grasp.
She sighed and rested against a now-asleep Circle, fully prepared to wake up to a lot of missing stuff that was left laying around on the grass and earth.
”Goodnight, Circle.”
