Hey Cross! Catch! (Cross, Omega)
They were on a break, a holiday of sorts. The whole family having taken the time off.
The venue they had picked?
Well, as it was Omega’s turn to choose the spot this time, so guess she had made the pick as a tad unusual. Something out of the norm for the rest of them for sure.
Omega having chosen a snowy planet for their long weekend getaway.
As whenever on the other members of the Bad Batch had made the pick, it was usually someplace warm and sunny and relaxing and preferably with no snow whatsoever!
Alas this time, it was cold and snowy, true, but it tad on the sunny side too. Just a little as the temperatures were still below freezing, so lotsa ice and snow!
“It’ll be fun, not too hot or nor too cold but most of all, there will be so much snow!”
As Omega had already made her battle plans, the snowy, cold and wet kind!
Those kind of plans where she would be able to make the best snowballs this side of the galaxy. And then hurl the projectiles towards his brothers. As this, was war!
It was payback from the water-guns she had been subjected to during their last beach holiday. Crosshair having really gunned for her. And well, poor Omega, not having been able to duck too often either.
And so here they were, on the snowy world on the outside enjoying their fun time together in the prefect snowy vista. A perfect wintery holiday?!?
As there was nothing but snow for miles and miles on end.
“Hey Cross! Catch!”
The sniper never saw it coming. The cold, wet, perfectly rounded ball of snow hitting Crosshair right smack in the head.
Paybacks! Those were the worst b…ches for sure!
