“Miko! Give it back!” Sucrose exclaimed, jumping up and down as she attempted to retrieve her hat from the clutches of her girlfriend.
“Hm, I don’t know… I think I should keep it.” Miko replied, holding the hat above her head. Sucrose stopped jumping and pouted. She looks so cute when she’s mad, Miko chuckled. “How are you ever going to become more confident about your ears when you always have a hat pulled over them?” Sucrose sighed, and sat on the bench behind them, defeated. Yae looked down at her. She wasn’t really mad, was she? It’s not like they’re in a busy area, it’s the Shrine for pity’s sake. Still, she couldn’t help but feel bad for her. “Puppy, look up.” Sucrose looked up and had to stifle a laugh. Yae was stood wearing her hat, striking a multitude of silly poses. She grabbed the Kamera next to her, and quickly took a picture to eternalise the moment. Yae elegantly dropped down next to Sucrose and slid the hat off of her head. She gently placed it back atop Sucrose’s ears, then gave her a brief kiss. “You know, you really should be more confident about your ears, Puppy. And, before you start arguing, I’m not going to force you to go out into Inazuma City without your hat. I was thinking we start small. No hats in the shrine, okay?” Sucrose shyly looked away and slipped her hat off. Looking back up at her girlfriend, she smiled. “Okay.”
