The Song 'N' Tell and Talent Agent are a Sellbot and Bossbot Manager duo that can only be fought in the Radio Tower on Soprano Street in Mezzo Melody Land. They are the final boss of the Live from Cog Nation taskline and must be fought to complete the taskline. After they are unlocked they can be refought at any time. There is no limit to the Cogs that can join ranging from level 8-14.
Toons fighting against The Song 'N' Tell and Talent Agent will not be subjected to content sync.

Special Announcement
The Song 'N' Tell prompts a Cog to give an announcement. Every 2 turns the Song 'N' Tell will make an Employee Cog go before the Toons.
Star Power
The Song 'N' Tell inspires the other Cogs with her glowing presence. Every turn the Song 'N' Tell will make a random Employee Cog use their highest damage attack. The attack used cannot miss.

The Talent Agent boosts Song 'N' Tell's signal. Every 3 turns the Talent Agent will give a random Employee Cog the Harmonized buff. Cogs with this buff will attack with the Song 'N' Tell after she attacks. This bonus attack deals 25% of the Cog's original attack damage.
Talent List
The Talent Agent sees the potential in some Cogs. Every 2 turns the Talent Agent will give a random non exe Employee Cog the Rising Star buff. If that Cog lands their next attack they will be promoted to exe. If they miss the buff is removed.
Celebrity Coaching
The Talent Agent coaches Cogs to make them more effective. Every turn the Talent Agent will give a random Cog the Talented buff. This buff increases damage delt and reduces damage taken by 2%. This buff stacks up to 20%. Talent Agent has a 35% chance to target Song 'N' Tell with this cheat.

The Show Must Go On
The last Manager standing continues the fight to avenge their parter. When the Song 'N' Tell or Talent Agent are defeated, the other will gain the Second Wind buff. This buff makes them immune to damage. This buff lasts for 6 turns. If both Managers are defeated in the same turn then one will randomly be restored to 1 hp and given the buff.

The Song 'N' Tell belts out a powerful solo. Every 3 turns the Song 'N' Tell will sing a high note and hit all Toons. The amount of damage delt is increased for every employee Cog NOT in the fight. This damage cannot be avoided. The damage values are as follows.

Radio Silence
The Song 'N' Tell temporarily silences one of the Toons. Every 2 turns the Song 'N' Tell will make a Toon go after the Cogs.
Star Struck
The Song 'N' Tell distracts a Toon with her enchanting voice. Every turn the Song 'N' Tell sing, give a random Toon the Star Struck debuff. Toons with this debuff will only be able to use the lowest level Gag they have for each track they have. This debuff lasts for 1 turn.

Signal Jam
The Talent Agent messes with the Toon's teamwork. Every 3 turns the Talent Agent will give all Toons the Desynced debuff. Toons with this debuff will deal half of their Gag's damage to a Cog if another Toon is also targeting that Cog. Sound, Squirt, and Zap will have their damage halved if the splash damage touches the splash of another Toon using any of these Gags. Lure and Toon-Up are unaffected. The debuff lasts for 1 turn.
Blacklist
The Talent Agent blacklists the Toons. Every 2 turns all Toons will be given the Blacklist debuff. If the Toon's Gag misses while they have this debuff they will take 45 damage and have their Gag effectiveness reduced by 20% for 1 turn. This debuff lasts for 1 turn.
Bad Review
The Talent Agent slanders the Toon's abilities. Every turn the Talent Agent will give a random Toon the Demoralized debuff. Toons with this debuff will have their Gag effectiveness reduced by 5%. This debuff can stack up to 30%. The debuff lasts until the end of the fight.

Opening cutscene
The Toons enter the Radio Tower. Stepping through a door they find themselves in a broadcasting room. A microphone stand is positioned in the middle of the room with a large control console in the back. There is a monitor on the control console facing the center of the room showing what song is is playing. The Song 'N' Tell stands in front of the mic doing her idel animation (One arm up, swaying from side to side) while the Talent Agent stands behind the console.
Song 'N' Tell: "And with that number were going to go to break. Don't touch that dial, we'll be right back!"
Talent Agent: "Perfecto! We've got a 5 minute break."
"Huh?"
Talent Agent leans, over spotting the Toons.
Talent Agent: "¡Ey! We're in the middle of a broadcast! This is not a zoo!"
"Get out of here before I show you the door!"
Song 'N' Tell turns to face the Toons.
Song 'N' Tell: "Now hold on dear. No need to get so riled up."
Talent Agent: "¿Que?"
Song 'N' Tell: "I've heard all about these Toons and the performances they can put on. I say we give them a chance to shine!"
Talent Agent: "Oh ho ho! I see what you're thinking!"
Song 'N' Tell: "What do you say darlings? Up for an impromptu show?"
The camera turns back to the Toons. They all shake their heads yes.
The camera turns back, showing Talent Agent walking up next to Song 'N' Tell.
Talent Agent: "It's settled then! Vámanos everybody! We have a show to air!"
The camera zooms in on Talent Agent with every word as he counts down.
Talent Agent: "We're on in 5...
"4..."
"3..."
"2..."
The camera shifts to Song 'N' Tell and slowly pans out over the whole group.
Song 'N' Tell: "Welcome back listeners! We have a special suprise in store for you!"
"We have some Toons here in the studio with us live! And they will be performing this next number with us!"
"Get those voice boxes ready, it's time to put on a show!"
Half way cutscene
The dialogue changes depending on which Manager is the last one standing.
(ST is the last one standing)
Talent Agent stumbles backwards and goes down on one knee.
Talent Agent: "Ai yai yai... Need to take a break."
The camera moves to show Song 'N' Tell. She's looking back at Talent Agent.
Song 'N' Tell: "Don't you worry Honey. I'll take it from here."
She looks to the Toons.
Song 'N' Tell: "You all have put on a great show!"
"But don't think that you'll have an easier time now..."
The camera slowly sweeps around Song 'N' Tell as she does a more exaggerated dance version of her idle animation.
Song 'N' Tell: "I've done tons of shows solo and dazzled audiences all by myself."
"Prepare to be starstruck Toons."
"It's time for the Song 'N' Tell to strut her stuff!"
(TA is the last one standing)
The Song 'N' Tell stumbles backwards and goes down on one knee.
Song 'N' Tell: "Sorry... I, need to bow out."
The camera moves to show Talent Agent. He's looking back at Song 'N' Tell.
Talent Agent: "¡Mi amor!"
He looks to the Toons.
Talent Agent: "You filthy animales! You've gone too far!"
"Time to show you how we do things back in Cubolta!"
The camera slowly zooms in on Talent Agent as he grinds his fists together.
Talent Agent: "I will make you regret ever laying a finger on my wife!"
"Now you'll feel the wrath of El Jeffe!"
"Adios Toons!"
Ending cutscene
The dialogue for this section changes slightly depending on which Manager is defeated last.

Song 'N' Tell: "Wow! You really know how to put on a show darlings!"
"There hasn't been this much excitement in the studio since we announced our world tour!"
The Talent Agent slowly gets up. The camera switches between him and Song 'N' Tell.
Talent Agent: "¡Mi amor! Are you ok?"
Song 'N' Tell: "Just peachy Honey!"
(TA is defeated last)
Talent Agent: "Agh... Bien hecho Toons."
"You've got some real talent there."
The Song 'N' Tell slowly gets up. The camera switches between her and Talent Agent.
Song 'N' Tell: "You were great too Honey!"
Talent Agent: "¡Mi amor! I was worried about you!"
(Rest of cutscene)
The camera cuts to the monitor on the control console in the back of the room. It cuts to static then shows a bar graph with the word "ratings" at the bottom. The graph has gone up significantly.
Song 'N' Tell: "Well would you look at that."
The camera shifts back to show Song 'N' Tell and Talent Agent together.
Song 'N' Tell: "I told you letting these Toons take to the mic would be a good idea."
Talent Agent: "¡Sí, sí! A brilliant idea from a brilliant lady!"
"And you Toons have got real star potential!"
"Ahh, if things were different, I'd sign you all on right now."
Song 'N' Tell: "You'd all have my support! But enough about what could be."
The camera spins around behind both Managers to show the Toons standing in front of them.
Song 'N' Tell: "To everyone tuning in right now, let's give a big round of applause to our guest performers!"
"The Toons!"
Applause is heard and the Toons all do the bowing animation.
Song 'N' Tell: "That's all for today folks! This has been the Song 'N' Tell and her entourage of entertainment!"
The Song 'N' Tell and Talent Agent both strike a pose with their backs facing eachother. Looking to the camera with their arms extended towards it.
Song 'N' Tell: "Thanks for listening!"
Talent Agent: "Ok, were off air. Let's get going!"
Both Managers begin to leave out a door to the right.
Talent Agent: "Adios Toons! Until next time!"
Song 'N' Tell: "Bye bye for now darlings!"
The Toons do their victory dance then leave with their portable holes.

The Song 'N' Tell tilts her head and flashes a pleased grin. "So my music has made fans out of some Toons! Maybe we can be friends later down the line. When it won't be a PR nightmare."

The Talent Agent shakes his head at you. "No, I don't become friends with potential clients anymore. Last time I did, I found my partner for life. So I'm good now."

The Talent Agent adjusts his hat. "Por favor, try to stay focused on the performance. We can discuss such things after the show."

The Talent Agent is from the in universe equivalent of Cuba named Cubolta.
This is also why he uses some Spanish words and phrases in his dialogue. And why one of his likes is Strong Cogffee as it's a refrence to Cuban Coffee.

While I don't have much of either of these two I do really like their design! I gave Zoe a vintage radio head with sheet music hair that covers one eye in a big swirl pattern. And Marco's got a small mustache and a big hat with an satellite dish on top! If only I could shape his head better...
