   Summary

   There weren't many more unfortunate names to be born with, than Kotone Shiomi Gautier.

   Crestless twin sister to the Gautier golden boy Sylvain, Kotone has always lived in her brother's shadow. That was fine by her, really. Miklan and Father could fight and rage about Crests, and nobility, and legacy all they wanted. So long as she and Sylvain faced the world together, there was nothing that could bring the twin Gautiers down.

   At least that's what she thought.

   But when the two enroll at the Garreg Mach Officer's Academy and discover a world beyond the one they had always known, the bonds of siblinghood, friendship, and loyalty will be put to the test for the sake of a future yet to be built.
