The UA Highschool entrance exam. An exam that determines whether someone will make it to the most prestigious hero academy in all of Japan, and whether they can be called the best of the best. It is watched by pro heroes who are eager to see the new batch of soon to be heroes in training. So what could go so wrong? So how could it be so unsafe for the young examinees? So how could those so called Pro Heroes let these participants slowly die, one by one?
It had been occurring unnoticed throughout the exam, a trainee would be found lying dead and bloodied in the darkest corners of the building with two seemingly poisoned knife wound in the chest and the exam would be postponed for a day or two. Then ,the same thing would occur, time after time until there was deathcount of 10 in total. Why only 10 you ask? Because there seemed to be a link between these 10 people, they all had powerful quirks with great potential, as if someone was trying to get rid of the competition and secure their spot in the hero course.
Soon after these occurrences, the school board had decided to go by default exam scores and choose 20 students, 18 of them coming from the exam itself. These students were: Yuga Aoyama, Mina Ashido, Tsuyu Asui, Kyoka Jirou, Denki Kaminari, Eijiro Kirishima, Toru Hakagure, Minoru Mineta, Tenya Iida, Ochako Uraraka, Koji Koda, Fumikage Tokoyami, Mezo Shoji, Hanta Sero, Rikido Sato, Mashirao Ojiro. Momo Yaoyorozu and Shoto Todoroki were the exception, these two students had made it on recommendation. Finally, the last two students of the entrance exam who had seemingly no records of themselves before they arrived, Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou
Their plan had succeeded… they had finally succeeded in the mission of infiltrating UA highschool. “ 10 people were enough right?” Midoriya had whispered to Bakugou in private where the glaring eyes of security cameras and pro heroes weren’t watching. “ Of course it was , damn nerd, 10 people who had died mysteriously is enough to make their heads start turning in fear in fear and confusion.” Bakugou replied in sarcasm and a hint of satisfaction.
“Plus those strategy plans of yours always end up playing cards in our favour, it’s because of those little schemes in your head that we’ve made this far without being detected by those trashy Pros,”
See, Bakugou had done most of the killing on the wonder duos part, Midoriya is more of the strategic type so it led Bakugou into doing most of the grunt work in their operations.
“ But Kachaan,” Midoriya had started to become paranoid over the length of their conversation,” We NEED to make sure we aren’t caught by the Pros , the last stealth mission in a bank we took had gone SO horribly astray that Kurogiri had to save our asses!”
Midoriya had a good reason to be paranoid, they had one: killed 10 people under the Hero Associations noses WHILE they were partial judges of the entrance exam, and two: they were apart of the League Of Villains.
The organisation that has been causing havoc from behind the scenes, and the organisation that would give Midoriya and Bakugous parents and justice they deserved. When they were 12, these two had stumbled across their hideout while living on the streets, and once they found them. They begged.They begged and pleaded to be initiated so they could avenge their loved ones. Of course, they had seen Bakugous quirk and had seen his potential. But Midoriya, Midoriya didn’t have a quirk, his analytical skills were off the charts for a boy his age though, so they gave him a simple quirk to enhance those skills, to think of it a ride of passage to prove his worth.
Lucky for Midoriya, he had years of practice, given the challenge of analysing and critiquing Pro Heros moves and sequences, he was easily given a position behind the scenes of the LOV. In fact, Shigaraki, the leader of the LOV, inducted these two children personally as if he had seen some of himself in them, as they had a massive amount of hatred and determination towards their destructive goal.
But now is not the time for backstories, now is the time to figure out what to from here and contact HQ, looks like Midoriya and Bakugou are going to have to head back to base.
