Chapter Text
Case n. 1 : The Plague Diety
Grade : Special grade disease cursed spirit
Appearance : it appears to be an amalgamation of deformed human bodies, all presenting slickly white skin and black blisters all over their bodies. At the center of the stomach of the main body there a hole going all the way through, with a blood stained bell attached at the top, dangling.
It attacks its opponent by trapping him within its domain.
Domain expansion : it present itself as an abandoned and overgrow medieval town. At the top of the still standing houses a plethora of crows resides. Once one is transported there, the Plague Diety rings its bell, with 3 of the birds responding to this " call " . They all begin to fly away from the chosen target , with each of them representing one aspect of the plague :
- Fever : after 10 seconds of not killing the crow representing the fever aspect, the target begins to experience hallucinations and mental disorientation. After 20 seconds not even killing him will remove the effects.
- Decay : after 10 seconds of not killing the crow representing the decay aspect, the target body begins to weaken rapidly, sucking away at his physical health. After 20 seconds not even killing him will remove the effects.
- Infection : on his own he has no effects , but as long as he stays alive all sorcerers within the domain get affected at once by the other two crow effects.
It is to be noted that being effected by both the permanent version of Decay and Fever infects the target ( or targets ) with the Black Plague.
Once at least two of the birds are killed, or after 10 seconds have passed , the bells rings again , starting another ' round '.
Exorcising the Plague Diety after it has rung his bell won't deactivate the domain. Instead, all crow will start flying, to make sure that whoever is still in there gets infected with the plague.
If the Plague Diety has been exorcised, and after a sorcerer is killed by the plague, the Plague Diety is reborn from his deformed body.
