Mika had a nightmare, it felt like being wallowed in his own self hatred. He knew it was about Shu, but he doesn’t remember anything else about it, that’s all.
All he remembers is waking up in a cold sweat, breathing heavily, and Ritsu phoning Rei with an annoyed “Anija.”
Now here he is, cuddling Rei, with his hand running through his hair, he shakily sighed to himself. “Ah ah ah, Kagehira-kun. Hadn’t I comforted you earlier?” He asked. “Ya did, but thinkin’ ‘bout it makes ma head spin. Oshi-san wouldn’t do that, would he? So, why—“ “He wouldn’t. Itsuki-kun cares about you a lot, doesn’t he?” Rei asked, Mika had to genuinely think about it. “..He does, yeah,,but he scolds me sometimes, but this dream is different. It felt.. Ngah, I don’t know, how could I ever know?” Mika whined, digging his face more into Reis chest. “Shh shh, Kagehira-kun.” Just hearing Rei say that..
Made the other males heart swoon. He giggled slightly. “Heheheh!” ..That made Reis eyebrow raise. “Oh— Sorry.”
..That made Mika remember the dream.
It was Tuesday, rehearsal for Valkyrie.
Mika had messed up a total of 2 times, but Shu didn’t mind, as long as he was doing well. Shu had noticed something off about Mikas wrists though..
Scars. Shu had swooped Mademoiselle off the speaker. “Kagehira, are you doing okay?” He asked, staring down at Mikas wrists. “Ngah! Oshi-san! Ya weren’t supposed to notice those, ya know? But— I’m doin’ fine, don’t worry! Uh— Nice practice today! Bye bye, Oshi-san!” Mika said, he picked up his bag and walked out the door. “Kagehira! Stop this i— Oh lord.”
..Mika shivered. Rei was aware, and it wasn’t because of the room, he frowned slightly. “Kagehira-kun?” He said with concern.

After a while of comforting, (and accidentally staying up), Mika sighed. “Thank ya, Sakuma-senpai! Yer the best, really.” Mika complimented, kissing him on the cheek. “Aha, it’s no problem, Kagehira-kun. However, Shiratori-kun and Tenshouin-kun are bound to get home soon, so maybe you should get along to your dorm with my beloved Ritsu, hm?” Rei smiled softly at the boy. In which, he nodded. “I will! ‘m sure he’d be slightly annoyed that ya called ‘im that, however..” He mentioned, scratching his left cheek. The vampire laughed. “He’s used to it by now, Kukuku.. ♪”
Mika smiled, “Typical Sakuma-senpai..” he thought to himself, but brushed it off. “Anyway, I should most definitely get goin’, Ritsu-kuns gonna get concerned ‘bout me. So long, Sakuma-senpai!” Mika ran off.
”..Ah, typical Kagehira-kun..” After Rei said this though, he realized something.
He didn’t kiss Mika back.
