Lloyd and Garmadon had been asked by the Police Department if they could help catch 3 Criminals that had been Robbing all sorts of things, Houses, Banks, even orphanages and such but had never been able to get caught by the Police.
Garmadon had been trying hard to somewhat bond w Lloyd but he wasnt quite budging from his 'I will never trust you again' stuff. Even though Lloyd said he might trust him he knew that was either a full or half of a Lie, Lloyd wouldnt even turn his back to him without glancing over his shoulders every so often to see what Garmadon was doing.
Lloyd was very distrustive (is that even a real word?) towards Garmadon, he just couldnt bring himself to trust him again, after how Garmadon disowned, send literally an entire fucking Army after him to capture him and bring him back to his Father to do fuck knows what and acting cold hearted when the Oni Invaded Ninjago and when he nearly died, he wont make the same mistake again and let himself be Heart broken by his Father another Time.
The only clue the Police Department could give Lloyd and Garmadon is that a witness mightve seen the Criminal Trio at an abandoned Factory building outside of Ninjago in a dense Forest. They gave them both a device to signal to them if they found and were able to get the 3 Criminals to send them a signal to confirm the catch and Police would be send to thier Location to take the Criminals.
The drive to that Abandoned Factory was the probably most tense drive Lloyd and Garmadon had been on. Not because they were nervous for the Mission but rather because it was just awkward as hell w neither talking.
Once they arrived outside the broken Fence and Gates of the Building they got out and approached it carefully. Lloyd pulled out the Flashlight to make sure ir worked as they were most likely gonna need it inside as Garmadon switched from his 2 Armed Farm to his full Oni Form, ready to Fight anyone.
"Ready?" Lloyd looked over at his Father whom hummed in approval. They went through the broken in Gate, down the way to the Building while looking for any clues of recent activity.
As Lloyd searched for an entrance Garmadon kept an eye out for any unwanted Visitors or surprise attacks as he really didnt trust this place at all. Once an entrance was found they both quietly made thier way inside, Lloyd turning on the Flashlight to be able to see everything inside.
They went down some unusually big halls, just looking through Random Rooms and if there was any recent activity. Most of the Rooms and Halls had already been starting fo get reclaimed by Mother Nature, different Funguses, Bushes and all sorts of Green growing in some.
Lloyd went down one of the Halls, closely followed by Garmadon when he could see already in the Distance some weird, very Dark spots further down the wall. 'Oh hell nahh-' He immediately stopped in his tracts as he knew what that was, Mold, not just any mold though, Black Mold.
"I think we should look through the Other part of the Building-" Lloyd said as Garmadon accidentally bumped into him, not having expected Lloyd to just Randomly stop. "Why? We havent looked in this Hall yet." Garmadon said in a confused Tone, pointing down the hall.
"Cause i prefer not to get Cancer today." Lloyd simply replied and turned the other way, leaving the Hall. Garmadon just made a confused Face but followed after Lloyd, figuring it would be smarter to just follow whatever he said, he knew this stuff much better than Garmadon did.
After 5 Minutes of exploring they finally found the first sign of recent Activity, which meant that there were definitely people here. Even though they had no way of finding out if it was from the ones they were looking they had to continue.
After another minutes they found more clues and kept following them, reaching the Second Floor as they followed. The walls had small and big holes in them, some big enough to even fit a Person. Creepy...
As they reached the second highest Floor aka the Third Floor, Lloyd looked out the one massive hole in the wall, probably big enough to fit a Car. 'How do people even manage to make such huge holes through those thick walls?' Je thought as Garmadon stood right behind him when he suddenly heard a Noise, then Footsteps.
Just then Garmadon whipped around, charging up his Powers to see that a Guy dressed in Black, probably one of the Criminals, was Charging at him w a Katana. Garmadon blasted at him, knocking him back and into a wall which crumbled after being Hit.
Lloyd whipped around as well upon suddenly hearing Garmadons Powers right behind him being charged up thinking Garmadon was getting ready to try and blast him or something. Suddenly another Guy jumped Lloyd, throwing him to the Ground and pulling out a knife.
Lloyd couldnt react fast enough to do anything but Garmadon suddenly threw the Guy off of Lloyd, saving him from probably getting stabbed or worse. Garmadon quickly pulled Lloyd back up as the 2 Criminal recovered from the Ground, slowly starting to circle around Lloyd and Garmadon.
The Father and Son both took on thier Defend stances, ready to attack and defend themselves from the Criminals. Lloyd took out his own Sword and charged his Powers up in the other Hand.
Both of the Criminals charged at the Duo at once. The Guy w the Katana charged at Garmadon from the left, striking a blow on the Oni. Garmadon catched the Katana mid air and ripped it out of his Hands and struck a blow at him, landing it and cutting over his Chest.
The Guy w the Knife charged at Lloyd from the Right, aiming his Knife to stab the Ninja in the Shoulder. Lloyd jumped back, accidentally bumping into Garmadon. The guy landed face first on the Floor before getting tackled down by Lloyd.
Lloyd attempted to put Handcuffs on him but the Guy flipped over and threw Lloyd off him, chugging him off the right side. Lloyd stumbled against the edge of the wall, nearly having fell out of the huge hole there. 'Oh shit- I need to be more careful-' Lloyd looked behind him to see how low the ground was.
The moment Lloyd was too distracted looking down the Criminal jumped up and at him, aiming another stab. Lloyd couldnt whip around fast enough to jump out of the Range of the knife and his left side got stabbed.
Garmadon threw the Katana to ground and aimed his Powers at the Guy. He quickly jumped back as Garmadon blew his Powers on him, making him miss and rushed over to the Katana to pick it up.
Garmadon grabbed the guy as he took back his Katana, throwing him against the Wall and knocking him out cold instantly. He charged up his Powers again to blast thr Guy.
Lloyd wanted to hiss in pain but sucked it in, the last thing he needed is for Garmadon to know he got Hurt. Lloyd kicked the Guy away and tackled him again, pinning him to the Floor and wrestling the Knife out of his Hand and chucking it out the hole in the wall. He quickly put Handcuffs on the Guy.
'1 out of 3 Arrested, but where is even the Third Guy-' Lloyd looked over to Garmadon who was charging up his Powers at the Guy who was out cold against the Wall.
He quickly got off the arrested Guy and rushed over to Garmadon. "Father dont!!" Lloyd yelled in a panic at Garmadon and grabbed his Arm to make him miss his Shot. Garmadon shot the Moment Lloyd pulled him away, missing the Guy and instead blasting a Hole in the Wall next to the Guy.
Garmadon let out a snarl and wanted to whip around to yell at Lloyd for making him miss his Shot when suddenly a Third Person jumped out and rammed into Garmadon, making him stumbled Backwards and take Lloyd w him.
He stumbled back, closer to the Hole, accidentally pushing Lloyd back further w his Arm when he tried regaining his Balance. Lloyd slipped on some wet moss on the ground and fell Backwards, right over the edge of the Floor and out the Hole.
Garmadon was able to react fast enough and grab Lloyds wrist and prevent him from falling. He tried pulling him back up but the Third guy jumped him w a Sword, cutting the Arm he was using to hold onto Lloyd. Garmadon hissed in Pain when the Sword made contact w his Arm, his Hand starting to loose grip on Lloyds wrist.
Lloyd let out a Groan when Garmadon suddenly rammed into him and pushed him further behind and towards the huge Hole. He yelped when he slipping on some moss, trying to keep his Balance but fell backwards. He wanted to scream but got off by a tight pain around his wrist.
He looked up to see Garmadon keeping him from falling, trying to pull him back up. His heart started racing, the Fall wasnt even what he was most scared of, but rather the fact that Garmadon now had the choice between letting him fall and probably break more than a few bones or pull him back up to safety, he was completely depended on him now and that scared him.
He heard Garmadon hiss in Pain, suddenly seeing Purple Blood drops falling down beside him. 'Shit Shit Shit Shit-' His breath catched in his throat, trying his best to stay as calm and relaxed as Possible as he felt Garmadon loosing up his grip more.
Garmadon shot of the Guy but missed who immediately jumped at him again, landing another blow on his Arm. Garmadon shot at him again, loosing more grip on his Son.
The Guy Lloyd was able to handcuff managed to somehow get up and charged at Garmadon, slamming his Body into him and nearly making him fall too but he was able to use the wall to not get pushed down, though by doing this he accidentally let go of Lloyds wrist.
Lloyd suddenly felt weightless and the Pain around his wrist halfly leaving, but before he could even look back up again to see what happened everything went black.
"Shit!" Garmadon yelled when he realized he let go of Lloyd but it was already too late for him to try and grab him again, he quickly blasted the Guy who rammed into him, knocking him out too. Garmadon charged at the Guy w the Sword, grabbing and tackling him to the Floor.
Garmadon was so frustrated w the fact that he just let Lloyd fall to his potential Death he let out his Anger on that Guy, grabbing his head and slamming it countless times in the ground, then getting up and lifting the now nearly unconscious and beaten up guy up to throw him against the ground again, then wall, finally getting that guy out too.
Once he calmed down enough he remembered Lloyd quickly looking down the Hole but saw no Lloyd on the ground. "What the..." Garmadon made a confused face.
'Did he just got eaten by the ground?' Garmadon thought in confusion and looked over to the side to see if he maybe managed to get up and go hide.
He suddenly spotted a trail of Blood on the ground and followed it, soon seeing the limping figure Lloyd.
'How the hell is this kid so so damn stupid yet managed to become the Leader of a Ninja Team...' Garmadon groaned in annoyance and flew down, towards where Lloyd was limping to.
Lloyd woke up again, probably not even 3 seconds after landing on the ground like a pancake, his body was in absolute agony. His right Leg was hurting like hell and he felt like his chest was being constricted, each breath feeling like a stab. His right arm also felt weird and his side was just screaming in Pain.
He let out a Groan and wanted to just go back to sleep but knew he had to get up and get away as fast and as far as possible. He looked up, his vision a full Blur and could just make out some purple Light from the third Floor.
'Guess hes still fighting up there...' Lloyd used his whole strength to get up, propping himself up on his left arm before finally standing up on his Legs. He tried walking but his Right leg immediately gave in but he was able to stumble forward and not fall down.
He started limping in some random direction, desperate to get anywhere that was near Garmadon, or any place where he could hide. He put his right hand over the wound on his Side that was bleeding profusely.
He couldnt tell how much time has passed or how far he got when he just collapsed onto his knees of exhaustion and Pain. Lloyd looked around in a haze to see if there was any place where he could hide just enough until he could walk somewhat normally, though saw nothing.
Garmadon saw Lloyd collapse and landed about a metre away from him, rushing towards him. "What the hell do you think youre doing just walking away after falling from 3 Stories." Garmadon spat out as he reached him, reaching down and quickly wrapping 2 Arms around him to try and get him back up.
As soon as he tried that though Lloyd immediately started thrashing around. He quickly let go of him, taken aback by Lloyds respond. "Calm down..." Garmadon tried picking him up again, this time more carefully and slower.
"Leave me alone, Im fine.." Lloyd aggressively whispered out, again pushing his attempt away. "Oh really?" Garmadon scoffed out, unimpressed. "..yes.."
"Show me then." Garmadon stood up straight again, though not leaving Lloyds side. Lloyd let out a grunt before trying to get back up again, obviously unsuccessful.
"I see how 'Fine' you are, stop being stubborn." Garmadon said w an annoyed Face, picking him up again.
Lloyd tried struggling again even if it was hurting him more than helping, but he would never let himself get dependent on Garmadon again. Garmadon simply ignored Lloyds protests and continued somewhat wrestling him into letting him pick him up.
After a minute of struggling and getting nowhere Lloyd gave up, he too exhausted and in too much Pain to continue fighting him. He heard Garmadon mumbling out something and letting out a sigh of relief before finally lifting him off the Ground.
As much as he hated this he couldnt help it but lean into the warmth that Garmadon had, even tho the last he can recall is that Garmadon usually felt pretty Cold. It didnt take long for him to finally Pass out again.
....
When Lloyd woke up again he felt actually pretty well, most of his Pain was gone. When his eyes finally adjusted his Vision wasnt as blurry anymore but he still couldnt tell where he was. He let out a groan before trying slowly sit up but was met w something against his chest pushing him back down on whatever laid.
"Stay down, Rest." Lloyd could hear his Fathers Voice and looked at the direction it came from to see him there, sitting and eating a Pizza.
"Wh..what?" He mumbled confused. "You need to Rest." Garmadon replied dryly, taking another bite out of his Pizza. "W-What happened? Where are we?" Lloyd asked in a louder voice, trying sit back up again.
"What do you not understand about the concept of "Lay down and Rest"." Garmadon grumbled out and reached over and pushed him back down again, seeming a bit annoyed now. "And to answer your question, Vinnies Apartment. I got you back here and patched you up after i told the Police to come and pick up those 3 Rats."
"Oh..." Lloyd stayed down this time, relaxing a bit. "Just Sleep, ill bring you to your Friends back later." Garmadon said again, taking a new slice of Pizza. Lloyd nodded silently, turning over to lay on his right side.
'Atleast he didnt take the chance i was out to murder me...' Lloyd thought. 'Maybe hes not as untrust worthy as i thought...'
