- They are both trans women and lesbians who use she/her pronouns
- They were in a relationship before the events of The Lure
- After said event, everything fell apart and they had to start over from square one due to Brak remembering very little from before her brain injury (which does not include Zorak and everything she had with her)
-They met for the first time in prison twice, both before and after Brak's brain damage (They spooned both times, albeit the second time was a much more emotional time for Zorak)
- During their relationship pre-brain injury, Brak used to place her hands in a distinct way whenever she and Zorak embraced. After said injury, Brak didn't do it anymore, at least not consciously. The first time she did it again it was only for a moment, before Zorak immediately told her to put them back. (She will most likely never admit why)
-Zorak had a very hard time adjusting to the new Brak. How does the badass space pirate woman of your dreams go from just that, to a bumbling idiot?? How are you supposed to adjust to that?
-She did eventually come around however albeit slowly. There have been a few times where Zorak has snapped at her for "not being worth talking to anymore" even if it's not Brak's fault.
-Brak is lactose intolerant but that doesn't stop her from eating anything with dairy in it, regardless of how much it upsets her stomach or makes her sick
-Brak also struggles with OCD
-Some of her rituals/compulsions involve stepping on certain tiles a certain number of times, locking and unlocking doors repeatedly and flicking light switches on and off over and over.
-Just about everyone gives her a hard time for it, regardless of whether or not they know she has OCD. This makes her incredibly embarrassed and self-conscious since there's really nothing she can do to stop it.
-Zorak is the only one who has picked up on just how much it bothers her and because of that doesn't joke about it (She'll never admit it's because she feels bad though, she doesn't want to be seen as soft)
-Before her brain damage, Brak had a very lean and strong figure. Now she's a bit chubby and a whole lot happier.
-Brak drools a lot in her sleep. (Zorak has woken up many times covered in Brak's drool, much to her dismay)
-Brak purrs when she's really happy and comfortable
-Zorak has iron-deficiency anemia
-Zorak has insane road rage
