Work Text:
The Creation of Wanda’s Room – A Place of Her Own
As the team settles into the new compound, Wanda’s room remains stark and impersonal. She’s overwhelmed, feeling like she doesn’t belong. Vision notices this and, understanding her need for a space that reflects her, begins gathering items that might comfort her—a guitar, a music stand, a record player, CDs of her favourite Sokovian folk music. He places these things in her room, subtly and over time, without ever saying a word. Wanda discovers them gradually and realises it’s his way of caring, his way of giving her a piece of home. Touched, she begins to play guitar again, slowly transforming the room into a vibrant, creative sanctuary that helps her process her grief. This gesture deepens their bond, showing her that he sees her, truly sees her, and is willing to support her healing in his gentle, unobtrusive way.
