Summary:

This is an AU.

Skye was undercover in the Rising Tide for HYDRA, knowing that her mission would be to get intel from SHIELD with her partner/boyfriend Grant Ward, Skye was raised from birth by John Garret.

Grant Ward was an undercover HYDRA agent in SHIELD, raised by John Garret from his teenage years, he was left alone in the forest for five years without company only seeing Garret every few months.

This is a Skyeward AU, where both Skye and Grant Ward are HYDRA but are both undercover in SHIELD.

Skye was raised by Garret from birth and met Grant five years before season one of AoS, they're in a secret relationship, so secret that not even Garret knows or he didn't, when he found out he had Skye shot.

Grant makes sure Skye stays undercover in SHIELD and the safest way to do that is to reveal that he's HYDRA which takes Grant having to convince her.

This is based off a one shot that I wrote on Wattpad under the username DaisyWardJohnson.
