"I bet I could rewrite this song for you"
Louie looked up from his phone and over at his boyfriend who was splayed out on the bean bag.
He was currently listening to a handful of songs he had missed out on when he was in the tower after the original show. Louie had pulled up a random playlist on YouTube and had it play in the background as they lazed around in his room, just enjoying each other's company.
"You want to rewrite Hey there Delilah to Hey there Louie?" Louie softly snorted as he sat up from his bed. "Yeah, I don't know about that"
"I could make it work..." Wakko trailed off as he softly clapped the names out.
"Your name only has two syllables...but your full name has three! I could use that!" Wakko smiled
Louie softly groaned and pouted.
"Ugh, I don't like my real name"
"Not even if I sang it out for you?" Wakko grinned as he pulled a guitar out of his hammer space "I've been told I have a lovely voice"
Louie rolled his eyes and flopped onto his belly so he could listen in on his boyfriend's attempt.
He had no doubt that it would be amazing, but hearing his name, his full name, repeated over and over again in a love song? Louie was a bit skeptical of that.
"Alright, let's hear it"
Wakko nodded and began to play.
"Hey there, Llewellyn, what's it like in Duckberg city? I'm a thousand miles away but love tonight you look so pretty, yes you do~"
Louie couldn't help but giggle. He could feel his face heat up embarrassingly fast as Wakko sang his 'little' heart out.
Despite being together for a couple years, Wakko still managed to fluster him up, and it amazed him each time.
Wakko continued to sing as he stood up from the beanbag and gently pulled Louie into his feet. The guitar was no longer in his hands yet music still played and he knew it wasn't from the YouTube video he was playing earlier. Louie has learned not to question it.
Wakko gently pulled him close and spun him every now and then, leading them in their little improv ballroom dance. His eyes shone with love and admiration for the duck before him as they swayed, his cute little spurts of laughter felt like music to his ears.
He ended the song with Louie in a dip, his boyfriend threw his head back and giggled before reaching up and pulling Wakko into a soft kiss.
After a moment Wakko gently pulled Louie back up onto his feet and kissed his forehead.
"So..?"
Louie softly huffed out his nose and hid his smirk.
"Eh,It was alright"
Was what he managed to get out before Wakko trapped him in a bear hug
