Chapter Text

"Huh..? Where.... am i?" It was a dark place, as there was no light to be seen, As Kirby Slowly woke up, he realized that he wasn't on his home. instead, he found himself alone in the dark, blank space.

     But then, He saw a Light slowly growing brighter and brighter. The Light spoke to him. "Kirby, Knight of the Stars. Can you hear me?" Surprised by the Light Who Talked to him, Kirby Asked the Light while being Surprised, "HUH?! Who are you?!" the Light Responded, "It is not that important now, I need your help..."

     Still Surprised, Kirby responded "My... Help? Knight of the Stars? What do you mean?" and then, they responded again, "You are The Knight of the Stars, the one who could restore the balance of this world." Confused, Kirby Asked "Restore the balance?! How?!"

     Then the Light said "To restore the balance, you need to stop the resurrection of the dark lord, Termina. and the only way to stop him is to defeat this generals who are scattered across the Galaxy." Kirby Asked again, "How do i find them?" the Light responded again, "Your friends will assist you in this long journey, and there is no need to be worried."

     And then Suddenly, Everything became lighter and lighter until Kirby couldn't see anymore. "It looks like we are running out of time, I'm sure we will meen again in the future. Take care." And before Kirby responded, Everthing had turned white.

     Then, He woke up and realized it was all a dream. "Hmm? It's.... A Dream?" as he fully woke up, He hears a loud knocking sound at the door.. "KIRBY!!! WAKE UP!!! WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!!!" Kirby realized that familliar voice. "Bandee? Is that you?" he said. "YES, IT'S ME, BANDEE! NOW GET UP QUICKLY AND COME HERE, WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!!"

     Kirby then tries to remember, what's going to happen. As he remembers, He shouts "OH NO! IT'S THE DAY IF TAKEOFF!! AAGH!!! HOW COULD I FORGOT?!?". Kirby then jumps up and started getting ready. when he is ready, The Two dashed to The Halberd, Meta Knight's Battleship.

     Meanwhile, At The Halberd...          A Masked figure with a Knight armor and a cape, known as Meta Knight, was Waiting for Kirby's Arrival. "Dang, Where in the world Is Kirby, We're late for like, a hour." he said. And there was also another figure, He Looks like a big penguin with a red robe and a crown, He's Dedede, The self-Proclaimed King of Dreamland. "Heheh, if he didn't appear in ten minutes, we shoulda left him! hehehe~" The King playfully said. As he said that, Kirby and Bandana Dee has arrived in the HQ of the Meta-Knights, Meta Knight's Loyal Army.

     As They were rushed, The two was Greeted by another Waddle Dee. She is Sailor, One of Halberd's Crew. "Heyy!! Kirby!! Bandee!! Sir Meta and His Majesty is waiting on the Halberd, Please be quick!!" Kirby and Bandee was slightly startled by her voice, but they continued rushing to the Halberd, Sailor Dee following behind in a bit.

     "Heyy Meta, If He didn't appear in ten seconds, what if we just leave them behind!?" King Dedede said, getting bored of waiting. "Please be patient, Dedede..." He answered. As King Dedede let out a long exhale, Kirby, Bandee and Sailor has arrived. "Oh, There you are, Kirby! Did you just ate ten buckets 'o fruits? Heheheh!" the King said once more. "We're.. Sorry... Everyone..." Kirby Said, Being exhausted from all the running. The Knight Asked Kirby, "Kirby, Why did you just showed up now, we are scheduled to take off ONE. HOUR. AGO! What are you doing to be THIS LATE!?" Kirby Answered him, "Sorry.. Meta.. I got a strange dream. I didn't know that i will be this late-"

     Meta looks dissapointed at Kirby. He said "Fine Then, Just be wary of time next time, don't be late again." Kirby Looks relieved that he wasn't going to be lectured once more by Meta Knight. Then Captain Vul, who is the captain of the ship, Announced. "Everyone Aboard? Let Us Set sail, Then." After That, He commanded Everyone On Board, "PREPARE FOR TAKEOFF!" Captain Vul Continued Meta Knight, "Reactor 1, output normal. Adjust the balancer to ...0003! Check anti-gravity plant. 1, 2, 3 OK!! Release the sails, solar level 288! Sire, We're ready to take off!" Meta Knight responded. "Initiate takeoff!"

     Then, The Halberd Finally Took off, Sailing onto the blue sky. when They were On sail, Bandee asked Kirby "Wait, Kirby said he got a weird dream, can i hear it? i'm really curious!" Kirby then answered, "It was truly a weird dream." and then he explained about his dream. Meta Knight, who was also listening said "Hmm.. it may be true, but it has just a small chance of being actually real." then, he continued. "Maybe we will find the answer later..."

   Several days after the Takeoff....

"Prepare for landing, We have Arrived!" Captain Vul's Voice can be heard as the Battleship Halberd landed on the Galactic Soldier Army's HQ. After a Long trip, The Heroes of Dreamland finally arrived in the HQ. As Kirby got out if the Ship, A Familiar voice can be heard, "Yo! It's Been sometime, My Pal Kirby!", As soon as Kirby saw him, He said "Hi Magolor! how have you been?" It is Magolor, One of Kirby's Friend. He once betrayed Kirby in the past, but now, He is one of Kirby's Best Friend.

     Later, Kirby asked Magolor, "Hey Mags, What's been happening since i took a break last year?" Magolor then answers "Ooohhh.... A Lot of Things! and there is also a lot of new Faces here too! for example..... Ummm...." He paused for a bit, and then he continues "Ah, Yes! For Example, There is The Three Halcandrans right there! They're good musician and also a good fighter too!" As Magolor said that, One of the Halcandrans, The one wearing a white robe with a orange accent realized them. "Ah! Magolor! I didn't realize you're there, Haha! and.... Ooh! You Should be Sir Kirby of Dreamland, Right? It is a pleasure to see you! I'm Hisaki, and i'm also Magolor's Friend!", And then, the other two Halcandrans also Greeted Kirby. "Greetings, You are Sir Kirby, Am i right? My name is Tsukiyo, The eldest of my siblings. I hope we can be Allies." and after he introduced himself, the last one of the Halcandrans introduced himself. "Hello! My Name is Nisshou, I'm also the youngest of the three. I also heard from Magolor, You will be coming here! it's really nice to know you!" he said.

Kirby then Responds, "It's Great that i could know you three! and Magolor said, You all are Musicians, is that right?" Hisaki then answers; "Yes! We are musicians, and we love performing! We usually perform in festivals and other events!"

And then, They had a friendly Conversation.

     As they Continued their Conversation, A loud bang can be heard. Everyone was surprised, "Wait, What was that Explosion!?" Nisshou exclaimed. "Everyone, Stay Calm! I will Search for the origin of the explosion with Kirby!" Magolor Shouted. And then, Those two searches for the place the explosion is from. "It Looks like the explosion is from the deck!" Kirby Said. as They Arrived on the deck, No one was there, Except for a mysterious being. It has A Pure white Wing Like an Angel, a Yellow horn, and a Cross shaped mask. near them, there is a big lance, and a shield, also with a cross pattern. He is lying on the deck, Unsconscious. Kirby was even more Surprised now. "I- It Couldn't Be Him.... G- GALACTA KNIGHT!?" 

     "No Mistake, It IS Galacta Knight Himself. but... Why did he ended up here? how did he got Unsconscious here? He was supposed to be Sealed away thousands of years ago...." Thought Kirby. Just a little moment after He realized it was Galacta Knight, Meta Knight appeared on the scene, Surprised. "W- Wait- Could it be the Legendary Warrior, Galacta Knight!?" Magolor then responded "Yes, IT IS him, But... How did he got here? And why is he Unsconscious here? All that i know is that he was sealed a thousand year ago..."

    Then, The Warrior slowly woke up, "Urgh... Wh- Where am i? What Happened?" He said as he slowly stands up. "You... Are you Galacta Knight?" Meta Knight asked. "Yes, That's me." The warrior said. Meta Knight then said once more, "But.... It's Impossible, You should be Sealed away by the ancients, because of your tremendous power.." Galacta Knight, Now Looks A little annoyed. "Grr.. Yes, Those guys..... They Betrayed us heroes.... Now, anyways, Who could you all be? A friend, Or a foe?" Kirby then answers his question, "No need to be worried, We're not your enemy. I'm Kirby, Knight from Dreamland." "I'm Meta Knight, Also a knight from Dreamland." "My Name is Magolor, I have heard of you from the book of legends..." Then, Galacta Knight said "Well, i think i can trust you all.. maybe?" and then, He said, "Well, I didn't know what i'm going to do, so... I maybe could be a help here?" and then, After that, he decided to join GSA once more.

     Not Long after, The news has spread in the HQ, Everyone there has known that The Legendary Warrior, Galacta Knight has returned and joined the GSA once more. as for Kirby, He thought; "Did any of this have a connection to my dream that day? uhh..... Aah, I don't know anymore!" Later That Night, Kirby Had Another dream.....

    The Night after the Encounter.

"Where....?" Kirby found himself being alone in the same darkness as before, just like the last time, a bright light appeared. Once again, they spoke "Kirby, Knight of the Stars. We meet again...."

and then, He responded "Oh, It's you again..."

     Then, the light has spoken again. "It's about time i reveal myself..." A moment later, They continued. "My name... you can call me Kisetsu, the ruler of Seasons and Nature. From now on, i shall guide you on your long journey." A bit later, they continued again. "Now, i have sensed a lot of dark energy from the nearby solar system. i'm sure it's one of the people who seeks to revive Termina." Kirby then thought "Wait, Isn't the nearbiest solar system is Popstar's Solar System? so that means...?" But then, everthing went brighter again, just like the first time. "Unfortunately, The Time has ran out again. We'll meet again later in the future. Goodbye for now..." Once again, Kirby didn't even had the time to say anything. and then, He woke up from his dreams. he thought once more "Dark energy? near Planet Popstar? so that means... Popstar is in danger again?" but a bit after that, Somebody came knocking at Kirby's Room door. "Kirbeh! are ya awake yet!? Sir Galacta is waitin' for ya!" It was Dedede, who is also waiting for him. "Sir Galacta? Oh Yeah, He's also here... but that means it's important?" He asked to Dedede. "Yup, it's important, so can ya be faster?!" at the time Dedede finished saying that, Kirby opened the door and said "Well yeah, Let's go then!"

     Soon, They Arrived at the place. There's already Meta Knight and Galacta Knight chatting and Bandee who is waiting for Dedede and Kirby to come. As soon as Bandee saw Dedede and Kirby, he said "Oh, There You are, Kirby!" then, Meta Knight, who was once again dissapointed on Kirby, just gave him a sharp stare. Kirby, who saw Meta Knight's expression, was very startled and then just go "I'M SORRY META-" and then Meta Knight, who is still dissapointed said "Well, what do you expect from Kirby..." and then the other Three just gave a little laugh. After that, Galacta Knight began the conversation. " Kirby being late aside, I have a important thing to say. which is... Kirby, may i ask you sonething?" then, Kirby Responded "Sure, What is it?" Galacta Knight then continued, "So, a bit ago, Meta told me about your strange dream, and i thought i might be having the same dream as you. So... can you remember the one who appeared in your dream?" Kirby then answered his question. "Ehh... Yeah... Their name is... Umm... Their name is... Kisetsu." after Kirby finished speaking, Galacta's Expression changed for more serious expression. "Hmm, it might be wrong, But... Let me tell you about my dream. i remember this yesterday, just before i woke up, i saw this. i was in a dark place, then there's a bright light. later, the light told me about the universe's condition. just like your dream. but... there was several difference, so, the one who appeared in your dream was Kisetsu, Right?" Galacta asked. Kirby then responded "Yeah, did he also appear on your dream?" Galacta continued his story, "That's the Difference. The one who appeared on my dream was called Veynix. and then, Meta also told me that The light also mentioned something about The Dark Lord Termina, Right? Well, on my dream, They told me about The Light Deity, Solaris." Meta then also joined the conversation "Light Deity? Dark Lord? is there... some kind of connection between those two? and then, Veynix and Kisetsu? did they also have something in common? and also... Kirby, you did not tell me about the name of the light, did you tried to hide it from me?" Kirby then answers Meta's question. "I didn't try to hide it from you. but... i had another dream that night, Kisetsu told their name, and..."

     Suddenly, a loud announcement can be heard. "Calling Sir Meta, Galacta, King Dedede, Bandana Waddle Dee and Kirby! please come to the Meeting Room!" Bandee then Exclaimed "Hey! We're called, Let's go to the meeting room!" and then, they goes to the meeting room. Soon, they arrived in the meeting room. There is also another Knight, waiting for they to come. He is Sir Arthur, who is the leader of the GSA. Meta then greets Arthur. "Good Day, Sir. did you called us here, Sir?" then, Arthur responds "Yes, i was the one who called you Five. Now, i have something important to tell you all." a bit later, he continued. "It's a mission for you all. Since yesterday, we have received an unusual amount of Dark Energy Outbursts from near Planet Popstar. We need you five to check in around Planet Popstar. and if there's a dangerous entity, if needed, exterminate them." later, the five all responded with "Right! We're all ready!"

     Later, they prepare for the mission on the deck. but then, they remembered something. "I think Halberd's not fast enough to reach Popstar in just a single day. if we were late, Popstar and the nearby planet might be in danger, did someone had a faster way to do it?" then, Galacta Knight said "I may be able to create a Space-Time rift to Popstar. but... it's still a long way, maybe it'll took around 30 minutes, and i didn't think all of us can fly that long..." Kirby then gave his idea, "Maybe we could use my Warp Star! but there's not enough-" His words were cut off by Galacta. "No need to worry about me, i could fly by myself, you all can ride the Warp Star, then i will follow by the side!". Dedede then said "That's a good idea! how about y'all's opinion?" Meta Knight then gave is Opinion "That's... not a bad idea, to be honest." Kirby and Bandee also agrees with them. and then, when they're ready, Galacta Knight prepares to open the rift to Planet Popstar. He seems to focusing his power, out of sudden, he slashed the thin air, and a rift formed. "It's done! We can enter now!" but, Dedede seems to be worried. "Is tis' really safe? i mean-" but then Kirby cut off his sentence. "No need to worry! just trust him and we're fine!" then Dedede continued again "Kirby, Did ya remember the last time we trust a stranger!? we almost died and Magolor almost took over the universe!" then, Kirby Responded again, "I'm sure we won't be betrayed this time!" "Ya Sure?" Dedede Asked. "Yes! i'm very sure!" Kirby exclaimed. "Yeah, whatever. i'll follow anyways-"

     Before the departure, they make sure nothing's left. "All right! Warp Star, Come!" Kirby called the Warp Star, and a little bit later, the Warp Star came, and the Four hopped on it. then, they took off onto the rift, followed by Galacta Knight Behind.

After they entered the rift...
Kirby, Bandee, Dedede and Meta Knight is riding on the Warp Star alongside Galacta Knight who is also tasked to patrol Planet Popstar. As they traversed through the rift, Bandee asked Galacta Knight. "Sorry, Sir Galacta... can i ask something?" Then, Galacta Knight answered. "Go ahead, and you can call me just... Galacta, Okay?" Bandee asks him once more. "Thanks, Galacta. So... How did you end up there at the deck?" Then, he answers; "Well... I can't quite remember... All i can remember is there was a bright flash of light before i woke up." Bandee thought for a bit, then he continued. "Can you remember anything else before that?" Galacta Knight replied "I can't remember anything further than that, except for that i was betrayed and my name, for some reason..." Meta Knight said; "So... You have a memory loss?" Then he explained again "Hmm, That did make sense.."

Out of Sudden... "Hey! We're arrived!" Kirby shouted. The end of the Rift. As they got out of the rift, Kirby shouted again. "DREAMLAND!! I AM BACK!!!" Meta Knight, Looking concerned, Looks at the surroundings. "Hmm... I wonder what's happening? since Sir Arthur said there was Dark Energy Outbursts here..." Bandee said "Well, Let's go together, everyone!" And then they go together, Patrolling around Dreamland. As they patrol, The four Dreamland heroes also told Galacta Knight about their adventures.

Later, They arrived at Castle Dedede. They took a break a bit there while Dedede went around to check the situation around his Castle. Soon, they continued to patrol around Dreamland again. Suddenly, the ground was shaking, An earthquake had happened. The earthquake only happened for some seconds, but it was enough to make Dreamland's resident to panic. "AN EARTHQUAKE!?" shouted Kirby. Meta Knight felt worried. "I think it wasn't a natural earthquake..?" he said. Bandana Dee replied "Wasn't... Natural? so someone did this?" Meta Knight answered "I think so, but who did it? and where are they?" Galacta Knight spoke, "I think they might be on the far side of Popstar..?". Dedede asked "How'd ya know?" Galacta Knight responded "I felt the quake to be far underground, but a bit later, i had the feeling that it might be on the far side!". "Why Didn't we check?" Kirby asked. "Alright, i will open the Time-Space rift to the far side..." He focuses his power for a bit, then he slashed the air again. from his slash, a Time-Space rift was formed. from the rift, they can see that the time on the far side was midnight.

They all went into the rift and quickly found a shady figure. they can see that it is another knight, Just like Meta and Galacta, but this time, the figure seems like a woman. It seems like she's gathering some kind of dark energy from Popstar. as she took the energy, an earthquake happened!
Surely she was up to no good.

Without any words, Meta Knight shot a beam from his legendary sword, Galaxia! but, the mysterious knight swiftly evaded the sword beam. She turned to see the heroes looking at her with a serious expression. "Ah, it seems that we have some unwanted guests here..?" They stood guard, wary for any unexpected attacks. now, they can see her features. She is a masked knight similar to Galacta and Meta as anyone can see. Her mask bears slight resemblance to Sir Arthur's mask, being consisted of two parts. the upper part is purple with two horn-like feature. the lower part is actually kind of plain. beneath her mask, her light purple eyes glows.

"Ooh, Aren't you the "Legendary Hero of Popstar" that they're been talking about...? Well, i didn't knew that the hero... looks like a child after all." She chuckled a little, then continued. "Well... if you didn't wanna die... Go away. Right now. If you didn't-"

"Who are you!? Just what right do you have to destroy this planet!?" Suddenly, Her speech was stopped by Galacta. She looks at the latter's direction, which caused her to snap. "Y- YOU! YOU WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE! YOU... No. it's impossible. You are supposed to be-" "Answer me! Just who are you, causing troubles in this peaceful land?!" Galacta cut her speech again. "YOU- Alright, My name is... Morgan. Remember it. Now, that my job's done, i shall..." Suddenly a rift similar to Galacta's opened up in the distance! "Farewell, Heroes of Popstar! Next time we met again, it will be your end!" She quickly fled to the rift, chased by Galacta. "YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!"

"Quite persistent, aren't you!? Alright, time to settle this!" As she ran, she drew her sword, causing purple-colored spikes to erupt from the ground and then, she swung her sword, shooting the spikes onto Galacta. Kirby, who was behind Galacta this whole time also drew his sword and parried the spikes. Because of his sword containing Kirby's special ability, Copy ability, He gained a copy ability from the spike! It was... Poison?

"Guh!? P-POISON!? SIR GALACTA, BE CAREFUL OF THE SPIKES, IT'S POISONOUS!" Kirby shouted at Galacta Knight, warning him of the situation. Galacta responds, "It's Poisonous!? Alright!" As he flew to prevent Morgan from fleeing, he also evaded poison spikes that Morgan shot at him. But it was too late, Morgan had already ahead of him and then she fled through the rift. as she's going to enter the rift, she chuckled as she dissapears through the rift, and as The Heroes tried to chase her, the rift had already closed. "No... She fled!" Said Meta. He continues, "Alright, Now, we might get a clue about the dark energy outbursts. remember what Sir Arthur said? we should come back to the Headquarters and report."

"Aight then, Time to return!" Dedede exclaimed. "Now Sir Galacta, Can you open the rift to the HQ?" Bandee asked. Galacta replies "Ok... Here goes nothing...!" He focuses his strength again, and a bit later he slashed the thin air again, opening a rift to the GSA HQ. "Warp Star, Come!" Kirby called his Warp Star. as the Warp Star came, Kirby realized that Galacta Knight might be tired from all that action. "Uhh... Sir Galacta? You seem... Tired? Are you fine?" he asked. "Oh, Uhh... yeah, a bit. No need to be worry though, i'm fine." Kirby then offered "If you want, you can ride on the Warp Star! but... uhh..."

"The capacity, i know. Sir Galacta, you can take my spot in the Warp Star, i can fly by myself." Meta suddenly said. "But... Meta, how about you? are you still strong enough to fly there?" Kirby asked again. "Don't worry, i'm strong enough." he then prepared to fly through the rift and jumps straight into the rift with his wings spread. "Ok then..." the four of them rides the Warp Star and enters the rift.

A bit later, they all arrived in the HQ. They quickly meets Sir Arthur at his office and explained everything that had happened in Popstar. "...Hmm, This seems like a piece of a bigger puzzle of mysteries. In fact, i had received a lot of reports of dark energy outbursts. but, nobody could knew what was happened. This might be the clue we may need in the future, Thank you for discovering this."
Arthur continued, "And the Mysterious knight... who was their name?"
"Oh! Her name was... Uhh... I Forgot-" Kirby replied. "I did remember though." Suddenly, Galacta appeared. "Her name was Morgan. And she had a mask similar to you, Sir."

All of a sudden, His expression turned from serious to surprised. "Morgan!? No, It can't be her... But, maybe she did..." Arthur seems to be worried. "Sir...? do you know her?" Meta asks. "I knew her. in fact, she was actually... My sister. adoptive sister, to be exact." Upon the revelation, the Heroes were all surprised. "S-Sister!? She's your sister!?" Kirby shouted. "Why... Why would she do that?" Said Dedede. "It was a long story... but i'll try to describe what happened." Arthur replied.

"It was years ago. My father, Sir Uther was the Leader of GSA. as he became older, he decided to retire from his position as the leader. He proclaimed me as the new leader of GSA, Morgan and my Brother, Mordred was jealous of me, because i'm the youngest of them. they later rebelled against us, and in her hand, my father..." he explained. "... I'm sorry to hear that, Sir." Kirby said. "No, it's nothing, Kirby." he replied.

Arthur continued, "Well, I already sent the investigator team to search for more clues. So, why didn't you all take a break?" Bandee says, "That's a nice idea! ok, everyone, See you tomorrow!" and then, they all return to their rooms and rest for a day.
