Summary
Daisy knows she scares the government. She knows how powerful she is, knows she's The Destroyer of Worlds, but she doesn't want to be. Not anymore, not without May and Coulson and the Fitzsimmons she remembers from the Bus. But they're gone, and so are her parents, and Lincoln, and Tripp. She's tried. Being SHIELD used to seem glamourous, and even when that was wiped away there was the bone-deep knowledge that she has a team and a family at her back and they're doing good. She doesn't know anymore, and so when they come across another obelisk that they learn sends people to alternate dimensions, she makes her choice. She won't be allowed to stop here, not so long as the government is scared she'll turn on them the second they let her go. But maybe she can start over somewhere new, and just live a half-way normal life. Maybe this new world will be better.
She ends up in Gotham.
