This story is not set in our world, not even in our galaxy. This story comes from a different universe that somehow ended here on Earth.
Our protagonists may look and act like us, humans, but they have something we ordinary people have and never will: Gifts. No, not like presents that you could buy, no.
They were more like powers. Powers, which were gifted to you by the gods of your Kingdom when you were born.
A lot of stuff that exists in our world does exist here, but it doesn't mean its the same universe universe.
In this world, whose name is Gi, countries don’t exist. People aren’t separated by religion, culture or language. They are separated by their power.
There are 10 Kingdoms: Animal, Air, Candy, Colour, Dark, Earth, Fire, Light, Plant and Water. Your Gift depends on which Kingdom you are from, not on your ethnicity. Of course, there are still ethnic groups like Greek, German, Vietnamese and so on. Unlike in our world, every ethnic group can be found in every group, in some Kingdoms more in some less. But that doesn’t mean there weren’t any wars or battles between them. Everyone wants to have some power and have an influence on something. One of the most famous battles was the Battle of Gods and Ghosts, no not ghost-like dead people. When we say Ghosts in this universe, we mean the fallen Gods, who weren’t satisfied with the kind of power the Gods had and created their own. The battle lasted over hundreds of years.
In the end, the Gods banished the Ghosts to the Bellow, however, the Ghosts swore that at some point, history would repeat itself.
The gods though, ignored the threat or they just didn’t care. So, the Gods started to rebuild Gi.
It’s been over ten thousand years since the Battle. And, well, things have changed.
Now is it, for the best or the worst, it’s your job to find out. So, let this story begin!
