Work Text:
The past leaves traces of itself in the Force, echoing forward, and the future reaches back to meet it, bringing along fragments of itself. At that equilibrium point, those attuned to the Force find themselves privy to time’s currents.
But the Jedi advise caution with this. Where past and future meet, one can be easily confused for the other, or they crash against one another as waves out of phase, diminishing and scattering into confusion. It becomes far too easy to mistake possibilities for certainties, and one can drown in the pain of misinterpretations, and warnings that came too late.
