talk so pretty but your heart got teeth

Summary:

“Bite me,” Sekyung said plainly, offering his wrist to the other boy. Yiheon widened his eyes, shocked out of the brief state of relaxation under the taller boy’s hand. “What? No,” he pushed the wrist away but the boy knew he was hungry. Sekyung held the vampire’s mouth open with one hand while he pressed the pad of his finger against his dull canine. Sekyung could see his little fangs growing, as if his body was unwillingly receptive to the offer even if his mind didn’t agree.

Yiheon had a secret, one he would rather die than tell anyone about. Unfortunately, Sekyung knew something was up-- and he wanted in.

Work Text:

Yiheon pulled his sleeves down, ignoring the sting of sunlight on his pale skin. Ever since he woke up a few months ago with nothing but his school uniform on his back and two reddish puncture wounds on his neck, the sun wouldn’t stop hurting him.

He knew vaguely what happened to him, had fuzzy memories tickling on the back of his mind but he refused to entertain it. There was a deep-seated hunger in his belly, a low thrumming of violence in his blood every night since—

He was fine.

There was nothing wrong with him.

Yiheon scratched his wrist, ignoring the piercing stare from his left.

That was a new thing too.

Ever since he collapsed from spending too much time outside during P.E, Choi Sekyung of all people had been looking at him weirdly. Everyone else had accepted the fact that Yiheon was just that weak and fragile; suffering a heat stroke and fainting after running a lap around the field wasn’t anything weird for him.

But Sekyung wouldn’t let it go.

Surprisingly, he had heard that the other boy had been the one to catch him when he started listing, carrying him all the way to the school infirmary. His attention made him nervous; Sekyung had been nothing but distant ever since Hong Jaemin and his gang started a rumour about him being his stalker. It was not an outrageous rumour— after all, the smaller boy had always admired the boy who treated him with kindness. Well, until interacting with him became a taboo.

That was why it was all the more confusing when the other boy started watching him.

Jaemin noticed it too, had bullied him less out of fear of the class president’s gaze. Everyone still avoided him, but at least Yiheon had less bruises to explain why they were healing so fast.

Or so he thought.

“Song Yiheon,” the other boy called out and Yiheon was snapped out of his thoughts. Sekyung was looking at him with furrowed eyebrows and Yiheon ducked to hide his blush. He knew he looked like a mess; his skin was pale while his long hair was sticking on his face from cold sweat.

“You’re shaking,” the boy continued when he didn’t say anything. Yiheon look down on his twisted hands, white knuckled and shaking uncontrollably. “I-I’m fine,” he whispered, putting his hands underneath his thighs to stop the tremors. He hoped that Sekyung would ignore him like he ignored him when he was bullied by Jaemin but the boy didn’t budge.

Yiheon yelped when the taller boy tugged him upright, dragging him out of the empty classroom and into the school infirmary. “I’m fine,” he hissed nervously when Sekyung locked the door behind them but the boy only crowded him down to one of the beds, drawing the curtains around them. Yiheon reflexively relaxed, the persistent itch on his skin from the sun fading slightly in the shaded space.

Sekyung looked at him with calculated eyes as if the other boy was a particularly hard puzzle that he was determined to solve. He doubted anything could escape his notice.

God, he needed to get out of here.

Yiheon made a move to sprint past the taller boy but Sekyung was faster, holding his wrist and effectively preventing him from escaping. He looked at the smaller boy, head cocked to the side.

“You’re a vampire, aren’t you?”

---

Sekyung looked as the other boy’s eyes widened behind his long bangs and knew that he was right. It was surprising but it wasn’t impossible. His father, being a famous and influential figure, had had many kinds of people going in and out of his office. Some of them weren’t quite as human, some bringing umbrellas and wearing masks with nary a cough to be heard, others were dressed like the sun had personally offended them, even wearing sunglasses indoors.

How interesting, he thought absently. He had never met a supernatural creature personally. Still, a sense of satisfaction curled in his belly when Song Yiheon grabbed the hand that was holding his wrist, tugging softly like he was pleading him to let it go.

That won’t do.

The taller boy pushed him to sit down on the bed, forcing the other to look up at him nervously. There was a light dusting of pink on his cheekbones, bellying his true feelings for Sekyung. His heartbeat sped up briefly when Yiheon went down easily, just the right amount of pliant and obedient for the animal in him to perk up in interest.

For as long as he could remember, Sekyung had always been under his father’s thumb, saying ‘yes, sir’s and ‘sorry, sir’s more than anything. Maybe that was why he tried so hard to be in control where he could; running for the student body president, volunteering to become the class president, tutoring other students and running himself ragged just for one more piece of control.

Faced with Yiheon’s wide eyes, he felt the same drive reared its head. He lifted his hand from the other’s bony wrist, carding through his too long hair. Yiheon, predictably— pathetically— melt under his touch with all the grace of a touch starved cat.

“How long has it been since you last fed?”

He tucked those hair strands behind his ear, revealing the shiny, nervous eyes beneath them. “I don’t,” Yiheon bit his pale lip, “…two months? I’ve never—”

His words cut off suddenly but Sekyung knew what he wasn’t saying. Two months ago. Two months ago was when he started acting weird, getting heat rashes even though the weather wasn’t hot enough to cause them.

He had never fed, Sekyung realised. He knew that vampires could last quite some time without being fed blood; a few months after a good feeding session, a few weeks if they managed to take small sips from humans. Animal blood worked too but human blood worked better and lasted longer.

The boy was probably too squeamish to hunt for small animals and being a teenage boy, he had no way to get human blood. An idea started to form in his mind. From what he knew, vampires could create a bond with one human at a time to be their blood donor, which would strengthen the donor’s body and making their blood regenerate faster. It was an evolutionary ability meant to keep them from taking too much and killing their source of food.

It also kept the vampire from going feral, keeping them satisfied and… controlled.

“Bite me,” Sekyung said plainly, offering his wrist to the other boy. Yiheon widened his eyes, shocked out of the brief state of relaxation under the taller boy’s hand. “What? No,” he pushed the wrist away but the boy knew he was hungry. Sekyung held the boy’s mouth open with one hand while he pressed the pad of his finger against the vampire’s dull canine. He could see his little fangs growing, as if his body was unwillingly receptive to the offer even if his mind didn’t agree.

Then, the blood hit his tongue. Yiheon moaned, pleasure filled tears forming in his eyes as he instinctively sucked the finger to get more blood. Sekyung smiled at the other boy, hiding his giddiness at the positive reaction. Then, he shoved another finger in his mouth until the smaller boy was suckling on them.

After a few minutes, Sekyung pulled his fingers out of the pink mouth, watching the vampire’s hazy eyes blinking slowly like a sated animal. He wiped his fingers with a wet wipe he carried in his pocket and smiled.

“So, what do you say about making a bond with me?”

---

Every week, they would sneak into the infirmary room and Sekyung would feed him the bare minimum to last him through the week. He explained that taking more would be detrimental to his health as a donor. It wasn’t true— as a bonded donor, the amount he fed the other boy was miniscule compared to what he was capable of. He just liked to see the vampire’s pleasure lidded eyes and pink flush too much to deny himself the sight for more than a week.

Besides, what Yiheon didn’t know couldn’t hurt him.

The smaller boy moaned on his lap, squirming like it was his first time drinking blood. Sekyung had convinced him that this position was the most comfortable for him, with Yiheon straddling his thighs and the taller boy’s hands roaming down his body. The vampire yelped from where he was licking a small wound on Sekyung’s shoulder when the boy squeezed his behind.

“Sekyung,” he moaned thinly, subconsciously rubbing his erection on the other boy’s thigh like a puppy in heat. The arousal that came with feeding had bothered him at first and he refused to feed on the bed but over time, Sekyung managed to convince him that it was normal.

He could see the doubt in his eyes sometimes but it didn’t matter— not when Yiheon was panting ‘ah, ah, ah’ so sweetly in his ears. The taller boy shifted the vampire on his lap until their erections lined up and started rutting against each other. Sekyung could barely hold himself from throwing the boy flat on his back on the bed as he felt his orgasm coming in waves. Unfortunately, he knew Yiheon would run if he did it too fast so for now, he simply held the boy as he shook with pleasure.

Power and control felt good, but this hold he had over the smaller boy felt like something close to heaven.
