She woke up. The cold air of the SEKAI was harsh and a constant reminder of what happened that evening. The last time she has eaten?
"I can't remember."
She stood up from the pool of water. Her phone buzzed.
"I thought... I turned that off..."
Rui had messaged her.
"Hello? You haven't come to School in weeks..."
"We miss you."
The messages hurt. It almost made her feel worse. Why couldn't she get up anymore? Why when she thought about going back to her room she just couldn't press pause? Why did it feel like her world was fading away..?
"I'm going over."
The last message from Rui read. Shock filled her eyes, as she suddenly had the energy to get up. But she quickly fell again.
I look and feel terrible, I'm not in the mood for guests, or leaving the SEKAI...
"Mizuki, we have read receipts on."
"Shit."
Forcing herself out of the SEKAI, she dried her hair in her room, and glanced at her mirror. Gentle fingers drooped the cover back on. Micellar water was soaked into cotton pads, wiping off makeup that has laid on her face for weeks. Her stench was wretched, but she couldn't make herself leave her chair.
Knock Knock
"Come in." She said softly, knowing it was Rui, and only expected Rui, but when more foot steps were heard, she turned her head.
"Sorry for the intrusion, Mizuki!" An's cheerful voice entered. And they were all holding pink bags, and WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PEOPLE?!
"What the fuck?! R-rui, I thought it was only you?" Mizuki's shocked voice echoed.
"Well, it's not fun to do grass by yourself is it?" The grape responded.
"Grass..?"
"Zaza."
"what?"
"Also you smell like shit."
"I know."
Rui handed Mizuki a bag and a lighter...
"What's with the lighter- Oh. Why are we smoking in my room out of all places?!"
"We can't get you to get out of your room anyways." Lil'bro said.
"Pull out the beanbags from my closet." Mizuki mumbled, she took the pot from Rui and dumped in the goods, "Azuawa-chan? I didn't know you do drugs."
"Oh, I don't... But An wanted Aoyagi-san and me to come." The smaller girl said.
"I had to stop playing CS for this, better be worth my time." Nene murmured.
Mizuki took out one of her 700 Bath and Bodyworks™ candles and lit it.
"Why the fuck are you lighting a candle?" Lil'bro questioned.
"Setting the mood, I got rose petals in my bathroom, could you get them for me Rui?"
He nodded and quickly got them. when he got back everyone was settled into their respective bean bags, Nene had her own, as it would be a terrible idea to bring Emu, An and Kohane shared one, Toya and Akito shared one, and lastly Mizuki was left. He sat with Mizuki, she was oddly cold.
"Oh- I brought brownies!" An laid down the tray.
"Edibles? Or regular?" Lil'bro asked, taking a bite of one.
"Edibles."
Rui took one, "When will it kick in?"
"They're pretty strong so soon."
Mizuki took a bite out of Rui's.
"Get your own!"
"Nom~"
Not long after, Nene was out, someone grabbed her a blanket, An and Kohane were giggling, Toya and Akito were where to be seen, Mizuki and Rui were in each other's arms, but...
"Oh My God I'm blooming!!!" The pink girl laughed uncontrollably, Rui ate another brownie and started laughing too.
"HHAHJHAHJAHJJHAHAHHAHAHHAHSAJJDGSHJBADIHUAHDHAHHAHAHAHDHSJDUYGAIUGYW*DYGIBAWBHKDIJHAJHAHHAHA" The grape laughed
"WAITTT, WHERE'D YOU GET THE SHIT?"
"green child."
"WAIT- a green child?- you're joking."
"no, I'm for reallllllllllssss"
"aahahaazzzzzzzzz"
That nosie made everyone in the room turn their head, even Nene woke up from that.
"Hello!"
"Oh my God, am I hallucinating?"
"Nope! I'm real!"
"Does anyone else see the white ass baby in the middle of the room???" Lil'bro yelled.
"That's the green child!" Rui cheered.
"Green child!!!" Mizuki cheered.
In about ten seconds everyone in the room began chanting "green child" over and over again...
Then, there was a knock on the door.
"Mizuki? are you guys ok in there?"
"..."
The silence was loud as FUCK.
