“I’ve never thought of that in that particular way.” Remus frowned deep in thought, his usually sarcastic demeanor appeared for the fourth time already.
“Sarcastic, are we? It is NOT a joke! I saw them kissing and that was weird, know what I mean? Crouch and… and Rosier, aren't they best friends? Best friends do not kiss each other, Lupin.” Sirius rambled, annoyed by Remus' indifference. “Let’s put an example… you and I. We are very close, aren't we? We wouldn't kiss even if we had the chance. We are just dudes, right?”
Oh, no. Not again! And just as always, the brunette Gryffindor felt a strange flutter inside, why did it only happen when Sirius was around? —Really frustrating—, they weren't like Crouch and that Rosier boy, of course, yeah… Remus did not know why, but it wasn't the same… Lupin mostly told himself that he was just overthinking about nothing real, he didn't want to admit —or just think— that maybe, and just maybe there was a similarity with those two guys. Sirius and he were just friends, nothing more, it's not like Black would date someone like him.
Sirius raised his eyebrows at Remus' current distracted state.
“Hey, Lupin, hey! Are you still around us, the mortals?” Remus almost felt his cheeks turn into the slightest shade of pink, he suppressed it, well, or at least that's what he thought.
