Chapter Text
Hello everybody!
There’s a few things I wanted to cover before we start the story! ^^
So first off, this is my first online-published fanfic! I’m so excited to share this with you guys! But, I would appreciate it if y’all kept any negative comments to yourselves. Other than constructive criticism, of course!
Secondly, I want to talk about my posting schedule. I’m going to post the first three chapters (or “endings”) today, since they make up the original version. Then, I’ll post a new chapter weekly for the Ultra Deluxe version of the story, which adds a lot more content. However, I only have so many chapters written already, so my schedule might end up getting a little shaky. 😅
And last but not least, I want to talk a little about the backstory of me writing this! You guys can skip to the next chapter now if you don’t want to read about it though.
So when I was in 8th grade, I got an assignment in my English class to write our own short stories. I asked if I could do one based off of a game, and the teacher said I could! So I spent quite a while researching on the Stanley Parable fandom wiki (Go here to check it out! It’s actually really cool!), and put together a short story called The End Is Never The End; A Stanley Parable Story (or TEINTE). I got a perfect grade on that assignment!
A few years later, and I’m now in my sophomore year of high school. I was going back through my Google Docs when I found TEINTE again. I read through it, and it seemed like it had potential for a full, multi-chapter fic! And so I decided to start working on it again! Now, there’s 11 chapters written with a 12th in progress! It’s come so far!
