Cold as a corpse
Where you used to lie your head
Where you would allow me to touch you
These bonds are not so easily severed
It still carries your scent
You're almost here

The cold
Permeates my flesh as I grasp it tighter
Wanting this to not be real
Wishing we could be together

This is the first piece in a series of writings from Hwei's perspective, written directly after Jhin leaves. How he's choosing to cope with this loss is through writing, things he wishes to say but has no way to communicate them to the one he's drawn to the most.
