Work Text:

"And your objective is to...?" Minimus arched a brow as he twirled a pen between his gloved fingers in time with the slow beeping of the heart monitor.

Tarn angled the lights just right on the patient, eyes narrowed behind the visor, focus narrowed to just the skin beneath hin. "You're good with malpractice cases, aren't you?" He muttered, humming to the strings of the overture chiming from the speakers just above them.

"I believe I've told you the law is my expertise, yes." "Yes, well, I can't be too sure, after all, I'm sure you're... / familiar/ with my 'Family'."

Mininus could practically feel the animosity radiating off of the mech at the usage of the word "family," the judge himself could feel the way his Energon ran cold at the mention of that Primus forsaken Family. How it was somehow so chaotic that even science had concluded that mystery unsolvable. He shuddered at the mere mention of that disaster.

"I am... /familiar/ with a /part/ of it, yes."

Tarn's engines rumbled as he leaned forwards, optics whirling behind his visor as he looked closer at the mech in the cliche doctor's office chair he was sitting on, you know the one, the one that appears in medical horror movies. /That/ kind.

Mininus isn't entirely sure what brought him here. Heart monitor? That was for humans. He looks a little nervously at the very large cybertronian, looking at him as if he were his next meal.

"So... Yes, this routine check-up... I think you know by now this isnt what I'm here for."

"No. Of course not. You want to know about what Sky daddy megachurch has been up to behind closed doors. You know, you could always attend a service." His eyes narrow darkly behind his mask.

"No thanks,,,"
