    “Dream asked me out,” George said, getting straight to the point. There was no need to beat around the bush when Dream had dropped a literal bomb on him and the bush was a smoking pile of ash and branches.
    “Wait, actually?” Sapnap blurted, now sounding much more interested. “What’d you say?”
    “I said yes,” George said flatly. "But I don't actually like him, Sapnap. I panicked," George exploded. "What do I do?"

     

    A few months before George is due to move his entire life to Florida, Dream asks George to be his boyfriend. Terrified that this will be the end of their friendship as they know it if he says no, George panics and says yes instead. He decides that he'll just make himself fall in love with Dream.
