Work Text:
Once upon a time two swans soared high in the sky. One had feathers of a beautiful Blue and the other bore feathers of a luscious Vermillion. The swans first met after the Vermillion had lost her nest and family to a horrid noise and she was rescued by a Dark red falcon, Dark red had brought her to his nest where Blue resided. At the time Blue was timid and shy and watched Vermillion nervously, meanwhile Vermillion was filled with anger but also determination. Vermillion would push herself to be able to create a song to overcome the noise that led to the loss she faced. Eventually Blue and Vermillion both became partners and sang their music for others to enjoy.
One day however the horrid noise returned and Vermillion and Blue jumped to drown them out. However they were overwhelmed by the noise and through the chaos Vermillion noticed an injured Orange sparrow. She ran to Orange’s side and tried to offer aid but the noise was drawing closer. Vermillion looked at the sparrow and reassured her to continue living. Despite Blue’s cries Vermillion sang a final beautiful song that drowned out all the noise saving her partner and the injured sparrow.
For many years Blue spent her time isolated yet continued to sing for others as she once had before. And one day she caught sight of a familiar colour beginning to take flight. Blue rushed to the bird eager to see her partner once more but stopped at the sight of the Orange sparrow struggling to fly. The Dark Red falcon offered orange to join his nest just as he had Vermillion though this time Blue was in opposition. For weeks Blue and Orange would work together to drown out noise with their songs yet Blue would never allow Orange to be close. Though one day after an encounter with a Red Peacock, Blue was injured after attempting to sing the song that Vermillion once had. Following this Orange had helped Blue despite the way Blue had treated her and eventually they formed a strong friendship. Soon after Blue began to make even more friends such as the Red peacock and a Purple dove.
And one day Blue, Orange, and Red came together to sing a song that brought joy to birds around the world. And would go on to do so for a very long time.

“So what do you three think?” Tsubasa asks with a small blush on her face.
“You barely even mentioned me or the idiot's wife,” Chris exclaims sarcastically.
“I think it's cute that we're all birds,” Hibiki says confidently “especially that Chris is a peacock”
“D-Don't say that Idiot!!!”
“I for one think it's really beautiful, you did really well Tsubasa,” Maria chimes in.
“Thank you,” Tsubasa says, blushing even more now.
