USNORTHCOM INTERGOVERNMENTAL DOSSIER 1: MULTIPLANETARY FORCE PROGRAM
That the U.S. federal government with the authorization from the National Security Council, Senate Armed Services Committee, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff et al., approved of the formation of the Interplanetary Advisory Agency in response to extraterrestrial threats and robotic warfare in which humanity has no control over nor scientifically researched upon. The IAA is responsible for the coalition management of the Northern Expeditionary Forces and the organization’s four main components: Directorate for Outer Force Doctrines, Directorate for Multistrategic Officials, Directorate of Copper-9 Affairs, and the Directorate for Workers Drones Conscription Program (WDCP).
The ensuing chaos between humans and Drones that was not under the responsibility of JCJenson became the pivotal moment for the United States to prove their strength once again, and showing the world that they were, indeed, the police force of Earth and the vanguards in which the very foundation of global military emergence was formed.
This time, the Elliots signed a governmental contract with the United States, in which that contract demands for planetary aid to Copper-9 against Drones turned rogue; JCJenson was not to blame as they have zero control over their programming. Marshall C. Belvoir, the incumbent POTUS during that period, worked together with the Elliots and JCJenson to provide both military and humanitarian aid. Under IAA’s Directorate of Copper-9 Affairs in which it simultaneously became a part of the State Department under a respective titleholder name “Ambassador to Copper-9”, Lawrence Morningwood was appointed as a diplomat of the United States to the Drones. Morningwood once served prior to the Belvoir administration as Senior Counselor to the President for Office of Humanitarian-Drone Aid Affairs under President Thomas Wolfowitz.
There was a heated debate in which humanity considered for the humanitarian aid to the Drones. Anti-Drone sentiments believed that they are fierce machines built to follow a single entity’s order that could have possibly hated humanity itself. Supporters believed that no matter what law they follow, as long as they do not pose threat to humans, they fully agree that every other government should uphold a diplomacy with the Drone civilization, seeing as they could potentially benefit the working class people of Earth under a job exchange program. At the same time, with the civil war ensuing in Copper-9 that significantly reduced humanity’s support of Drones, remaining supporters believe that there should be a program under the UN’s command to train the remaining uncompromised Worker Drones as militants. The addition of the WDCP by the IAA provided paramilitary training in and out of Earth by army volunteers and veterans.
Congress, in which it was under control of Drones, had their respective titles; Senatorial Drones and Representative Drones. Prior to the civil war in Copper-9, elitist Drones who sought for a political office were granted both House and Senate seats after a full legislative reformation. State legislation, however, were unaffected. The Cabinet had also been under control of Drones after a reshuffle by President Belvoir. List goes:

Within the Joint Chiefs of Staff, all members, including the Chairman and the Vice Chairman, were controlled by the Drones after confirmed by the Senatorial Drones themselves. Thus, the entirety of the United States politics, both legislative, executive, and judiciary, were under control of the Drones who sought for peace and integrity in which they would gladly represent themselves as an ally and proponents of global peace.
