Summary
Danny Fenton's life was never normal. Being the son of ghost hunters gave him the title of 'weird' since he was like four. Now his life went from weird, to disastrous. Not only did he become King of the Dead, but he lost his parents, got kidnapped, and ended up with more scars than ever.
Now he was trying his best to move on. On from the hole in his chest were his parents used to be. On from the pity of the entire town of Amity. And overall on from his prior life. He's still close with Sam and Tucker, of course, but now he's thrown into a whole new level of weird. Starting with a locker with some snarky kid named Stiles, who he happened to be living with now. So that's cool.
