It's a cold one out there! First time Night City's hit below freezing since the 1990s-
The reminder on the radio was no help to V's current situation. Wrapped in a blanket with a coat on inside her apartment. The sound of scissors snipping fabric was a much more satisfying noise than the weather forecast.
"There!" V exclaimed.
"Good job, now you just need to catch it." Johnny said unamused "Seriously I'm freezing my balls off. I'm sure Kerry's got a heater, let's go see if he's home."
"You don't have balls anymore. I don't got em at any rate and you can only feel what I feel. Once we get this on Nibbles we're gonna sneak her out and head to Judy's. She turned her oven on so it's warmer there."
V lifted the cut up baby sweater she attempted to make more cat shaped. Slowly inching the quickly fraying fabric closer to the animal, she cautiously slipped it over the hairless feline's head and delicately lifted each paw as she slid her legs through the holes.
"There we go!" V exclaimed, placing her hands on her hips and looking at her work with satisfaction.
Nibbles stood as still as a statue, unsure what to make of the unfamiliar sensation of being clothed .
"You broke the cat!" Johnny complained
"I didn't break the cat! Just give her a minute."
"It's more frozen now than it was before you put the sweater on!"
Temperatures aren't expected to reach normal until at least Tuesday.
