Lee-kyung's POV:
"Lee-kyung-ah..."
"Hm?" Garam looked at me with clear boredom in his eyes as he lounged on the couch like a cat, twisting his body to get a proper look at me. He glanced at me up and down before sighing.
"Your taste in fashion really sucks..."
"What?"
"I have to agree with him too y'know? You don't even wear the basics...even after all those clothes we bought you...tsk" Kyungshik clicked his tongue, joining Garam in his attacks against my wardrobe. I frowned before the swordsman interrupted the words that hadn't even escaped my mouth yet.
"Honestly, if you look ugly, you should at the very least wear good clothes,"
"Shut up,"
"Every time I strike a nerve, he tells me to shut up,"
How is it in three liners, they managed to make my blood pressure skyrocket like this? I was about to release my anger before I heard a voice cut my thoughts through,
"What's going on?" Dawon walked down the staircase looking curiously at us.
"Hyung, don't you think Lee-kyung's wardrobe is suffering too much? We got all those clothes for him and for what?" He pouted looking at me with pity.
'This shortie...'
"Hmm..." Dawon hummed before the trusted Paladin also drove a knife into my back.
"I must agree, we bought those clothes for you to use. It'd be good for you to wear them once in a while,"
"Well, I-"
"That's because Lee-kyung-ie wouldn't know how to style them in the first place!"
I grit my teeth at the young assassin before the Mage replied:
"Is that so? Well then, why don't we dress Lee-kyung ah up, hm?"
"Huh?"
"Ooh that sounds fun!" Garam's eye twinkled at the idea.
"I suppose it would be helpful," Olim nodded.
The Servants all agreed on this pulling me aside before meticulously looking at my body with an analyzing eye.
"Hm, I think a turtleneck would look good on him, no?"
"Oh yeah I got one!"
"This belt looks nice too,"
"Some plaid would look nice with the black no?"
"I have a jacket in that colour!"
My mind was spinning from all this as I looked down at what they had given me.
"Go wear it!" Garam excitedly said. I head to my room before quickly changing and stepped back out. The Servants looked at me nodding up and down in satisfaction with their work.
"This just needs one final touch!"
"?"
Garam went to the heap of clothes that had gathered on the couch from the Servant's excessant rummaging before pulling out a pair of black glasses and placing the frame on the bridge of my nose. He looked proudly at me before exclaiming:
"They're non-prescription. See, don't they look nice?"
They looked at me before nodding. I looked down at the clothes I was wearing. It was a simple black turtleneck and black pant and I was wearing a huge plaid jacket over it. I looked in the mirror across of me.
'Even I got to admit, I don't look half bad...'
"Well...I guess I'll go change then," I turned to walk away before the Assassin gripped my arm.
"Change? C'mon, for once you look decent,"
"What's that supposed to mea-"
"Go out to a café at least, let our work be shown,"
"Haaa...Fine,"
The Assassin cheered before we headed on our way to the café.
At the café:
I walked into the café and head to the counter to get a drink.
'Honestly, I could have been at home right now...'
I requested my drink before I head a whistle from behind me.
"Hi cutie,"
I looked behind me and saw a taller guy smiling back at me.
"My name's Minjun. You want to go out sometime?"
'He was talking to me?'
"Uh..."
"I'll take that as a yes. There's a nice restaurant down the street y'know. It's pretty nice,"
I would usually be flattered by this. This was the first time I've been asked out like this. But I was a bit preoccupied and slightly concerned with the eerie bloodthirst that was being exhumed from the corner of my eye sending sweat down my body. I glanced to my side seeing a smiling Dawon, but I swear he sought murder.
On top of that, those punks next to me kept whispering and giggling.
"Oooh, looks like Lee-kyung's finally goin' on his first date,"
"But he's got his lovely Guild master-nim no? "
"Dawon hyung's gonna have a field day with this one,"
'I swear, those jerks, '
Before I could smack them, the guy- Minjun, placed a piece of paper in my hands.
"Here's my number. Call me,"
I was left stunned as I held the piece of paper in my hands.
"Sir, here's your order,"
"Oh, uh, right...thank you," I awkwardly took my drink before I went and sat down.
On the way home
I looked back up at Dawon who was walking beside me and no doubt about it, his gaze looked as stormy as his mood. He looked down at me before saying,
"That paper,"
"Hm?"
"Can you give it to me?"
"Uh..."
"You're not planning on seeing him, are you?" His brows furrowed before mine did as well.
"No, I'm not,"
Then he held his hand forward. I placed the paper in his hands, intrigued by what he was going to do
The paper then burst up into flames. I was slightly shocked but then I saw a smile curve on the Mage's lips. He let the ashes slip out of his hands before he turned to me, his mood uplifted.
"When, I get resurrected, I'll take you to the most expensive restaurant I know~"
"W-What are you saying?"
He giggled as we walked home.
