It had been days since they had found Tang and they still couldn’t wake him up. Pigsy glares at Tripitaka’s back wondering if he could just bash his husband awake but Mk stopped him.
As night falls and Tripitaka meditates the three of them tried to figure out a plan. “What are we supposed to do? Getting Piggy back was an accident” Mei says throwing her hands up. Pigsy nods, Mk had been tied up and he was about to eat him when he had started crying and begging him to remember, which surprisingly worked.
“I don’t know, our noodle plan failed so now we need a new one” Mk leans back and immediately falls onto the ground “ow”. Mei giggled and Pigsy sighed before looking over at Tripitaka. Despite looking alike him and Tang were so vastly different it was shocking. Tripitaka was always preaching about violence being wrong meanwhile his husband may be willing to run but he can and will choose violence. He chuckles as he remembers Tang talking about a sword gun thing he found and was upset because he didn’t keep it.
Pigsy sighed and messed with his wedding band earring. He missed his Tang, he would give him as many free noodles as he wanted, he just wants his freeloader back. He gets up “well we just have to keep trying”.
The next day they were attacked by demons so Pigsy summoned his rake but Tripitaka stopped him “no! Violence is wrong!” Pigsy huffs “sometimes it’s necessary” he quickly whacked a demon headed towards them. “No it isn’t, violence is never the answer” “your right, it’s the question” Mei smirks “and the answer is yes” Mk finished
After getting rid of the demons Tripitaka continued walking, the three go to follow him but he stops them “this is where our destinies separate. I cannot have people who believe in such violent actions as disciples” as he continues walking Pigsy follows him “who’s supposed to protect you then!?! It’s my job-“ “NO it isn’t” Tripitaka turns around and levels him with a glare and despite it not being Tang, that’s all Pigsy can see “I was called and YOU tagged along” he takes a deep breath “go home, I can’t focus with you acting like a crazy demon” he turns and walks away leaving Pigsy standing there with teary eyes.
