Ever since Makoto broke free from Alan's control, he had been exhibiting peculiar behavior. Refusing meals, maintaining a distant demeanor, and disappearing without explanation, Makoto's actions left Takeru and Kanon deeply concerned and perplexed.
"Something's off about Onii-chan," Kanon confided, settling beside Takeru. "I tried asking him what's wrong, but he won't say anything. I'm really worried."
Takeru shared her apprehension. He couldn't shake the feeling that something significant had transpired during Makoto's ordeal under Alan's influence, something he was reluctant to disclose to Kanon or anyone else. Determined to uncover the truth and help Makoto, Takeru vowed to leave no stone unturned.
"Don't worry, Kanon. I'll find a way to help him," Takeru assured her with a reassuring smile.
That evening, Takeru extended an invitation for Makoto and Kanon to spend the night with them. Although Makoto initially demurred, Kanon's persistence persuaded him to accept. True to form, Makoto abstained from dinner and retreated to the bedroom without exchanging a word.
Unable to bear Makoto's distress, Takeru followed him. The sight of Makoto, huddled on his futon, his face obscured by tears, pierced Takeru's heart.
"Makoto-niichan, what's wrong?" Takeru hurried to Makoto's side, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder.
Makoto turned to him, his eyes brimming with tears, and choked out a confession. "Alan...he..."
"What did Alan do?" Takeru's confusion deepened as Makoto struggled to articulate his anguish.
"He...he..." Makoto's words dissolved into sobs as he collapsed into Takeru's embrace. "He slept with me when I was under his control...I couldn't even resist."
Takeru's heart shattered at Makoto's revelation. The magnitude of Alan's violation and its devastating impact on Makoto were all too apparent. Though unsure of what course of action to take, Takeru was determined to provide solace to his cherished Makoto.
It pained Takeru to witness Makoto's anguish, and he resolved to offer his unwavering support. "Everything will be all right," he murmured, gently stroking Makoto's hair. "I promise."
With Takeru by his side, Makoto found solace, clinging to him as if he were a lifeline. As the night wore on, Takeru remained steadfast, offering comfort and reassurance to his beloved Makoto.
In the peaceful embrace of Takeru's arms, Makoto eventually drifted into a tranquil slumber. Content in the knowledge that Makoto was resting peacefully, Takeru held him close, determined to protect and comfort him through the darkness.
Later, Kanon peeked into the room, relieved to find Makoto nestled beside Takeru, his expression serene in sleep. With a grateful smile, she quietly slipped away, trusting Takeru to care for her brother.
As the night stretched on, Takeru remained vigilant, his heart heavy with the weight of Makoto's pain. Yet, he found solace in the simple act of holding Makoto close, knowing that his love and support would endure through the darkest of times.
