Not all men are created equally. This is the tragic and unfortunate truth of the world, especially in a world where superhuman abilities known as [Quirks] exist.

It was dawn when a boy with green hair, plain face, scared right hand, and black sclera was looking at his reflection in the mirror. The boy was known as Midoriya Izuku, and he possessed a unique and unusual [Quirk] known as [Copied Creation] which is a meta-copy [Quirk] that allowed the user to create a [Quirked Tool] by ingesting the DNA of another [Quirk] user. These [Quirked Tools] are one-to-one copies, and due to this Izuku not only possessed his original [Quirk], but a whole arsenal of various copied [Quirks] he could summon at any time.
In a society where a person's identity is heavily tied to his or her [Quirk], Izuku's [Quirk] made him ostracized by almost everyone else. After all, the ability to gain new [Quirks] by digesting blood or hair of another seemed to be an ability a villain would possess, not a kid who wished to be a hero like All Might the Symbol of Peace. Even though Izuku's primary ability does no actual harm to the targeted individuals or their [Quirks] he was still treated as though he was capable of stealing [Quirks] from other people. It certainly did not help that his former childhood friend, Bakugou Katsuki, openly accused him of trying to steal his [Quirk] once and assumed that Izuku would try to steal [Quirks] from other people.
Now, make no mistake Izuku did copy Katsuki's [Quirk], however he wasn’t even able to properly use it without harming himself at the time. What was more, this happened before anyone knew of how Izuku's [Quirk] was affecting his mental state. Izuku couldn’t help but sigh as he recalled that terrible day.

Izuku, who was five-years-old at the time, had yet to figure out what his [Quirk] was with the only external indication of him having a [Quirk] was his eyes. Due to the only visual showing of his [Quirk] being his black sclera he was deemed useless by his childhood friend Katsuki and his friends.
It was during this time that Izuku's odd cravings began. Izuku himself couldn’t understand why he started doing this, but for whatever reason Izuku began to eat the hair or blood from other people. It at first began with his parents, with him secretly eating their hair from their hairbrushes, but this habit began to extend to his classmates and teachers. When it came to his peers it was quite easy, this was mainly due to the constant fights Katsuki started (and ended) when he gained his explosion-based [Quirk].
Even after ten years Izuku can still vividly remember that day.
It was scorching hot that day due to a sudden heatwave washing over the city of Musutafu, and due to this sudden heatwave Katsuki decided to take advantage of it by fighting other kids to experimenting with his [Quirk]. Before this day, Izuku’s hunger had begun to slowly grow more and more out of control with it culminating in an event where Katsuki and his friends caught Izuku licking up Katsuki’s blood off the ground in the aftermath of another fight.
Seeing this sight, Katsuki’s immediate reaction to this was his usual reaction to anything that made him disgusted or mad, which was to explode it. Meanwhile, Izuku’s immediate reaction was to try to explain what he did or why he did it. However, seeing Katsuki charging at him with his [Quirk] primed to activate he immediately reacted by trying to push Katsuki away and in that moment Izuku’s true [Quirk] revealed itself.
As Izuku extended his hand forward, a dark green glow began to shimmer from his hand and formed a black cotton glove covering his hand. The very moment that glove connected with Katsuki’s chest an explosion was created sending both Katsuki and Izuku away from each other.
By the time Izuku regained his senses, he was horrified by what he had done and tried to apologize to Katsuki and his friends. However, the damage was already done and he quickly became infamous as a blood drinking monster among his peers. What was more damning, his already strained friendship with Katsuki was completely severed when Katsuki could no longer see him as anything else other than a “[Quirk] stealing villain”.

Ever since that day, Izuku had to undergo a number of medical tests to determine the limits of his [Quirk]. The medical tests provided that no harm is done to the individuals or their [Quirks] he had copied. Along with this, they discovered that each [Quirk] he copies will undergo a decoding process before Izuku has access to the [Quirk], which can take a few days to months before being accessible. For each [Quirk] copied Izuku can create a [Quirked Tool], which can grant the wielder access to the copied [Quirk]. To create a [Quirked Tool] Izuku must be familiar with how the basic tool is shaped and used along with how it can match the needed requirements of the copied [Quirk]. However, each [Quirked Tool] can only last for five minutes before it dissipates, with a five minute recharge time before re-accessibility. Along with this there are three types of [Quirked Tools], which are [Emitter Tools], [Transformation Tools], and [Mutant Tools]. [Emitter Tools] act as a focal point for the [Quirk] with the wielder being immune to the drawbacks of the [Quirk], however the user will not have the immunity or resistance to the [Quirked Tool's] effects. [Transformation Tools] grants the wielder with the [Quirk’s] ability, however the wielder, except for Izuku, cannot wield more than one [Transformation Tool] at once. [Mutant Tools] grants the wielder with the heteromorphic appearance of the copied [Quirk], with the [Quirked Tool] acting as a focal point for any emitter-based aspects however the wielded, except Izuku, cannot equip more that one [Mutant Tool].
Now, while this was good information relating to Izuku’s [Quirk] his family were more concerned by his sudden cravings for hair and blood. As it turns out, Izuku had a form of [Quirk] induced pica which can be treated with medication to calm his cravings and counseling.
Determined to become a hero in spite of his supposedly “villainous” [Quirk], Izuku swore to only copy [Quirks] from people who either donate their DNA or from those who wish to cause harm to others. In fact, Izuku managed to gain a few [Quirks] from various delinquents who tried to fight him from across the district. The downside to this was that he was also seen as a delinquent who got into fights with other delinquents. While he did gain new copied [Quirks] from these fights he also made sure to report whichever new [Quirk] he copied to the authorities, specifically to detective Tsukauchi Naomasa who had a lie detection [Quirk]. However, his peers still suspect that he had a secret arsenal of dangerous [Quirks] he hadn’t reported.
Looking at his reflection in the mirror, Izuku said to himself, “I will become a hero people who stand by me will be proud of” before swallowing a pill.

While Izuku swore to become a worthy hero, Katsuki was looking at his own reflection, more specifically the tinted mark on the center of his chest which was a reminder of Izuku's attack on the day his [Quirk] revealed itself for the first time. Ever since that day, he could not look at Izuku's face without being reminded how those black and green eyes borrowed into him when he was blown away. As much as it killed him, Katsuki had to admit that he was scared of Izuku and his potential to become incredibly powerful by taking the [Quirks], copied or not, of others. He could not help but shudder at the thought of Izuku becoming a monstrously powerful villain with a whole arsenal of powerful [Quirks] to use as his own discretion. The fact that Izuku has been gaining more [Quirks] over time due to the various fights he had been in had only made Katsuki more paranoid of him.
Determined to be strong enough to overcome the many [Quirks] Izuku has, no matter how powerful he became, and to become a hero stronger than even All Might.

Several Hours Later…
Izuku was jogging towards Dagobah Municipal Beach Park where he could practice his copied [Quirks] in peace without being harassed by delinquents or his peers from school. Once a popular beach, is now a junkyard due to the water currents sending trash here and the residents illegally dumping their trash here. Ironically enough, the fact that the beach was a junkyard which almost no one, not even heroes, visited made it the perfect place for Izuku to train his body and [Quirk] combinations.
So far, most of his [Quirk] combinations involved mixing [Transformation Tools] and [Mutant Tools] as a way to wield dangerous [Emitter Tools] without damaging himself or dual wielding safer [Emitter Tools].
While Izuku was jogging towards his destination, he saw a group of boys harassing a smaller boy. One look at the group and he knew that nothing good would happen, so he did what he usually did. Sighing at what he would have to do after helping the boy, Izuku started running towards the delinquents.

One Hour Later…
Tsukauchi Naomasa couldn’t help but sigh in exasperation as he spoke to Izuku, “Midoriya, I know you want to help people, but you're giving me almost as much paperwork as All Might himself!”
Knowing that the living lie-detector detective actually helps All Might’s secretary deal with All Might's piles of paperwork, Izuku could only scratch the back of his head sheepishly as he explained, “In my defense, I did try to tell them to stop politely before they decided to harm that kid to spite me.”
Well aware that Izuku ultimately meant well, and had been perfectly honest every time he told Naomasa about his fights with delinquents and his copied [Quirks], the detective had to ask, “Did you really have to break one of the kid's hands and knockout the other two?”
Izuku responded with a shrug before answering, “Considering that they wanted to break the kid's legs if I did not give up trying to stop them, and then tried to escape as soon as I broke their leader’s hand, yes. On the bright side, I did heal most of the damage done to his hand.”
Hearing Izuku’s reply made the detective want to drink some whiskey as he spoke, “Well, at least you didn't copy any [Quirks] this time around so that's a little less paperwork for me to deal with today. Do try not to get yourself into any more fights today.”
Izuku could only smirk when he replied, “I can’t make any promises, not if it means ignoring those who need help.”
Naomasa placed a hand over his face as he mentally groaned, “This kid is just as bad as All Might!”

10 Months Later…
It was the day of the entrance exams into U.A. High School and Izuku gazed upon the gates into U.A. High School. Nervousness and excitement filled his heart as he was taking his first step into becoming a student in the high school that offered the best hero course in all of Japan. Taking a deep breath, Izuku walked through the gates with the hope that he would be able to become a student of the hero course and begin his journey as a future hero.
As Izuku walked through the gates towards the building where the other examines were gathering, he was being observed by a blond-haired man with sunken blue eyes and a skeletal appearance. Known as Yagi Toshinori or All Might’s secretary, the man was actually the All Might in his true form. Looking at the boy whom his detective friend, Tsukauchi Naomasa, claimed was an unusual combination of himself and All For One, Toshinori was both intrigued and concerned.
On one hand, Naomasa had assured him that Izuku possessed a genuinely heroic spirit in spite of his status as a delinquent and his “villainous” [Quirk]. On the other hand, Midoriya’s ability to become permanently strong through adding [Quirks] to his arsenal was way too similar to a certain nemesis’ [Quirk] to be ignored. Due to his own admittedly paranoid reasoning, Toshinori never talked to Izuku face-to-face in spite of having seen the boy on a number of occasions, mostly when meeting with Naomasa at the police station.
Looking at the boy who seemed genuinely determined to be a hero, Toshinori thought, “If he manages to get into the hero course of U.A. things might get interesting.”

[Red Wings] – Creation of large red wings, with each wing matching the user's height and weight.
[Elongated Fingers] – Elongation of fingers to 50cm.
[Sand Limb] – Transformation of one limb into sand.
[Camouflage] – Turning the user invisible when they are standing still, but translucent when moving. With the user needing to hold their breath for activation.
[Color Wheel] – Allows the user to emit a multicolored light for their skin.
[Enhancement] – Doubles the user's strength, speed, and agility by using their stamina as fuel.
[Mutant Tools]:
[Golem] – Grey stone skin.
[Cat] – Cat heteromorph.
[Lie Detection] – Detecting when someone is telling the truth.
[Red Oni] – Black horned and red skin heteromorph with enhanced strength.
