Summary
My interpretation of a transcription of the Aganau IF story from Re:Zero Lost in Memories. More specifically, the translation you can find if you look up Aganau on YouTube.
Basically, I'm watching the videos, and turning it into a more easily readable format with some liberties. Some lines, or perhaps even whole scenes, will be beat-for-beat from the video, but when I think something may have been translated weirdly, or if I think my prose can add to the scene, I'll switch it up for the reader's benefit.
My goal is to make the Aganau IF story more accessible for people that don't care to slog through that themselves.
A TL;DR for those out-of-the-know, Re:Zero Lost in Memories is a mobile game that had a lot of semi-cannon whatif scenarios, including one where Subaru survives after episode 15 (Rem plays Twister with Petelgeuse). He leaves the cave carrying Rem's body, and instead of returning to the Manor and being frozen to death by Puck, he wanders elsewhere, swearing vengeance against Petelgeuse.
