Summary:
(oc work + being remade) Rick has been down in the dumps emotionally. He's haunted by nightmares of his past and is honestly quite lonely. However, while on a walk, he finds a girl who he decides to take in to look after for a bit while he figures out what to do with her.

I originally wanted this fic to be done before the end of 2025, but my tablet has died. There wasn't much left to do other than colour the pages. However, my tablet keeps saying "Google Play has stopped" and it won't stop popping up every time I do something. It's done this once before and I had to hard reset my tablet.
I'll do the beginning fic again sometime soon, however for now it's done. The next fic will just be the sequel to this one

Hey, this is my first big comic. Please excuse the rough art or writing that may be here, I'm still trying to improve. I'd like if you'd still follow along, though! Honestly, this comic is less about plot and more to set up Alternate Adventures as a whole.
Also, this takes place in universe C-400. I don't have any plans to have anyone from the show appear as a major character in this

Notes:
Every page update will have it's own chapter, but once the final page for the chapter is finished I will leave it up for a week before putting all the pages in one chapter.
Also, there may be times I can't update on those days. I'll try my best to warn ahead of time.
I am also still a minor who has to do stuff outside of comics, so I may fall behind a little bit with uploads.
