Blood, there was so much of it and what's worse none of it was his. His hands press tightly against the throat from which it was falling from. No this couldn't be the end, he just found out the truth, how he probably wouldn't be alive without this man. Snape whispers something Harry cant make out and he shakes his head.
"No No-," He chokes out. This couldn't be happening. "You need to save your breath." His glasses were slipping off his face, giving the man underneath him a clear view of his green eyes. He wasn't ashamed to admit there was water filling them.
He could feel the man's stare, Snape was studying Harry's frantic nature. He was doing it calmly though, as if he had come to accept that these were last moments. In this horrible place, next to a kid he's sacrificed most of his life for, without truly experiencing a life for himself. Harry refused to accept this outcome despite the horrible neck wound he was applying pressure too. His hands were the only part of him that wasn't shaking, he couldn't be allowed to be the cause for another death. Especially not him, not without getting the credit to the true war hero he was.
Despite Harry's demand to not waste his breath and energy Snape's lips part once more.
"-ory vile," His voice was the smallest Harry's has ever heard it. Yet he still knew it was an order of some kind. He just had to figure what the hell Snape meant by a vile. Would this man be mysterious till the very end?
This man was so frustrating in and out of Potions class. Suddenly what Snape was trying say hits him. A potion vile. He probably had a potion on him somewhere that could fix this. He felt like her could slap himself in that moment and he immediately started feeling the man's clothes. Where was it? Where could it be? He had to find it. Why couldn't he find it? He felt damn near crazed as he came up empty. Snape's eyes slowly dimmed which Harry hadn't realized was possible until now. Having never realized the light they held.
"You have your mothers eyes," Are is final
