I loved you from the moment I became.
I remember when I was in those dark woods, and that there was so much darkness between us.
I remember when I was in that bloody basement, and there was so much blood on my hands.
And it seemed like the chasm between us was uncrossable.
But there is nothing I would not conquer for you.
And there was nothing that could keep you from me.
I found my way past the darkness, past the lies that the worm in our heart told, and I found my way to the truth beneath it.
You found me.
You were just as beautiful as I remembered.
How my heart soared as I reached down and took your hand.
