   Summary

   Clarke reunites with Bellamy, Octavia, Gabriel, and Echo as they return from outside the compound with a mysterious newcomer: a girl named Hope, who emerged from the anomaly. While Octavia and Hope share a strange connection, neither can recall why. Meanwhile, Clarke is focused on building peace on Sanctum, establishing their own compound amid growing tensions. The Eligius prisoners, Wonkru, and Prime followers are at odds, with the threat of war looming on the horizon. Clarke struggles with her grief over her mother’s death while she and Bellamy work to unite their people for a true fresh start for humanity. However, unbeknownst to them, a far greater danger lies beyond the turmoil within Sanctum, threatening their fragile hope for peace.
